Damn must be nice. I bought my fast intentions exhaust used and it was 2.25" with 18" resonator version...

I just installed isr test pipes which are 2.5" whereas the rest of my exhaust is 2.25". It's definitely bothering me knowing it's 2 different diameter piping from the test pipes to the cat-back exhaust..

EPS throttle bodies alone are about $800 and admin 3" intakes are $640.

$850 for both TB and 3" intakes is a deal.

Also admin 3" intakes WILL REQUIRE A TUNE or else the car will not run properly due to the larger size piping which throws MAF readings off.

You can't install the intakes and just say "I'll get it tuned when I get a chance". A tune is MANDATORY and the vehicle will not be drivable until properly tuned to run the intakes.
good call in mentioning that. certainly significant, and maybe not obvious. All the money saved with that deal can go towards the tuning software/hours...lol

Yep. I was going to pass on the admin stuff since it's an expensive investment if you already have CAI, but at this price I can't refuse.

Thanks! I highly suggest getting them from ezsplitters, i've seen ebay mirror covers that have gaps and everything. Here's a link to them https://ezsplitters.com/product/g37-...mirror-covers/

I didn't mean it literally, so yes I agree.

I could never understand/justify the price of those TBs. Aren't they just 08-2010 Maxima TBs with an adapter plate?

I have car projects piling up waiting for warm weekends! Some parts came in today, can anyone guess what I will be doing... or what I will be fixing?

Italian tuneup yesterday afternoon.

Here in Iowa, it's been cold and snowing frequently over the last 40 days resulting in low speed driving, idling, and the car not fully warming up due to shorter trips. Yesterday, streets cleared and we made it into the mid 30's, and while running some errands I noticed my car felt sluggish and hesitant to downshift. After a little "spirited driving" in DS and manual mode, car was once again responsive. Didn't drive it hard enough to really clean it out however I assume the temps and recent driving styles modified the PCM and it needed a refresh.

Can't wait for warmer weather!
