I'm honestly happy with the safe tune you guys did with CARB and octane restrictions but I'm moving to the east coast and like everyone else, just looking to safely squeeze every last pony out of her. I plan on doing the frozenboost heat exchanger, 660cc injectors, turbosmart dual port bov, stillen oil cooler, and retuned for higher octane/flow.
Oil Cooler will definitely help. I'm not opposed to the heat exchanger either. The 660cc injectors are okay, but it depends on what brand you are going to use. I would personally select an injector with the best atomization as possible (maybe ID725's). The 93 octane will be a huge boost in your performance gains. Where on the east coast are you moving?

This dyno sheet you posted shows 340 as the baseline run. What did the car have on it when you went in for the tune?

I'm moving to Philadelphia. It had all the same stuff just the baseline tune that came with the kit.

So the canned tune that comes with the kit got you 340 on a Dynojet, then you got custom tuned, and they got another 48whp out of it?

When did you get the original tune and what year is your car again? I can probably offer and explanation given that info.

It's a 2009 g37 I put that tune on when I installed the kit...the day before I got it dyno tuned.

Almost sounds like mine, I made 300 WHP bolt ons, Made 342 with the Stillen SC and their "can" Tune, had a custom tune done and made 412, pick up 80 WHP, Only thing changed was the tune. That was in Jan-Feb 2012.

I know some of the old ROM's are still running the R10 tunes from the past. The new R11 tunes have been getting much better results. I'll ask Dave about his one and see which "canned" tune you were running after install.

To too see what I stared is still going . Best mod for the kit you can get!

https://www.frozenboost.com/index.ph...b8c28b40bccf77

Water inlet and outlet are 1/2" NPT female threads, just like most air to water intercoolers

Yeah I just ordered that heat exchanger! Do I need the 90° fittings? I wanna get anodized red, blue, or gold though to make sure it's as baller as humanly possible.

From: Framingham Ma,
You do, you don't have to get them from them but you'll need them
