What did you do to your Sedan today?
FIrst: I see video gaming comments. Any board gamers here? I was spending some coin on Kickstarter before the G37 arrived to suck all my disposable cash.
Car stuff: Pulled the trigger on Kumho PA51s in 245/40/19 and 275/35/19, and spent the day scrubbing and scuff-sanding the coupe wheels.
Edited to add: Are these the proper lug nuts for oem nissan wheels?
Can't find any cool colors in shank-style.

Interesting conversation with Tire Rack:
Cust service rep: What car are you putting these on?
Me: 2009 G37 Coupe Sport wheels, 19x8.5 and 19x9.
CSR: We show the proper size for the rears is 285/35/19 for that car.
Me: Are they available in the Kumho PS91?
CSR: I don't have two of them.
Me: How about the PA51?
CSR: They're backordered.
Me: Do either of those fit on a 9" wide rim?
CSR: (checks)... no.
Me: So I think we're good with the 275s.
Kudos to TR for calling to verify, but...

One of the reasons I will be skipping tirerack is because it's difficult or impossible to get tires that aren't in spec. The more aggressive sizes they don't even offer. It's a shame but they really are losing a lot of business.
That's sad - they were our go-to for the kumho Victorracer tires we used on the IT-S cars.
I actually started with DTD - they had the PA51s listed for about $100 less for the four, including a rebate - but after I placed the order they called and said the 275s weren't in stock yet as it was a new tire and they had no idea when they'd get them.
I'm starting to wonder if I shouldn't have stuck with the duckfeet. I was trying to keep an OEM wheel and get rid of the 20" hoopty wheels, but wanted to scale up from 18s.

Saw the edited/deleted post lol. I've got a set of Coupe 19s (the dude in Raleigh, NC) that I'm putting these on. Have a pinhole sidewall leak in one tire on the 20s so time's-a-wastin'. Also have the 18" sedan sport duckfeet that came with the car (sans any tires) and 20"s on it now. The 20s are too unforgiving with our local roads, rub the calipers, and IMHO are too curb-prone (the metal sticks out way past the rubber).
Finished scrubbing, cleaning the inside of the barrel, and scuff sanding the 19s (they were mostly done, cosmetics were not perfect) and next is the paintening. I need to make a hole in the garage and hang a paint tent - outside is maximum pollen and I don't want black and yellow wheels lol.

Sometimes after I write something sarcastic I have immediate regrets and get all PC a few minutes later.Stupid moderator conscience, I suppose.
Coupe 19s are always the right answer. You can't go wrong with that set up.
