Yes, should have adequate clearance for the 285, it's only 5mm more. You could probably even squeeze a 295 in there.

Here's a G coupe running 10.5 +25 on 275s , and that would be about 6mm out with the 10.5 width, 8mm out for the offset minus 10mm for the narrower tire, so 4mm in from this setup if you ran 295s on your 10+33s

I actually really love his look , it's very clean but I'm lowered on tien s tech . Will I need to shave the bracket ? Also by going 285 or 295 will it be too wide that like Ima almost be bogging out at start lol ? very curious question 😂

Do you know the type of offset I would need if I went the 20x9 route on 255's?

I'm glad not a lot of Gs run f14s ! makes me feel a little different . lol I have 9.5 +27 and rear 10 +33 ... looking to fit a wide tire in the rear though ... if I had to redo it I'd go 11" in the rear though

It's a good looking wheel and the work cr kais I feel are over played and don't match the lines of the 08 sport non ipl

Is your camber and all still in spec? Looks a tad bit tucked from your pics.. just curious how close it is in relation to the fender if you look above it.

Looking at Race golds :P

It's tucked because of the stretch when I had my stocks on with spacers and the right tire size it was really flushed... I have camber arms but I can't recall what it was set at , it's not much. I went for that stock wheel fitment as far as offset goes but didn't account for the tires lol so when I swap tires to 285/295 and 245 In front it's gonna be really flushed .

I've ran 295s on my G sedan on 20x10s, the actual launch was pretty similar to narrower tires (didn't bog it down) but having the wide steamrollers in back really gave a planted feel in the corners. For your coupe the 285s would probably be the best mount on those 10s and still give you a bit of space to the fender, and some tires run wider than others so that would give you a bit of wiggle room.

Hey guys, I'm buying this tire setup front- 255/45/18 & rear 285/40/18 for my g37x that has swift spring.

I will still need to buy rims, I need some advise what size on front and back?

or should I go with 255/40/18 & rear 285/35/18?

Do you have the OEM 18" wheels? If so, those tires are way too large. If you are set on 255 and 285, you would need wider wheels to match.

Well then you definitely need 18" wheels since they are size 18 diameter.

You'll want the 255/45 & 285/40 set for best AWD compatibilty and to keep your diameters closest to OEM.

For your X sedan you'd want 8.5 +30 or 9 +35 front 9.5 +40 or 10 +45 rear (give or take 2mm on all offsets)

Right, I wanted to know is wheel size for front and back to adequate tires I'm getting, I don't want wheels sticking outside of the fender line.

So would I need to get wheels size 18x9 30? front and 18x10 25 rear?
