You can run the 9" +30 on 245s it's just going to be close up front and if you're not dropped they will be right at the fender. If you're after the concave look the 9" will have more concavity.
The big brake upgrade is about $1500 for the parts and the front calipers are huge, most 18" wheels won't have enough room, even many 20" wheels won't clear. Here's a pic of some of Intricate Details BBK swap and his new 18" SSRs to give you an idea

8.5 +35s on 245/45/18 will work fine for your sedan as long as you aren't planning on a BBK upgrade. You'd have to check w/ the vendor if you plan on bigger brakes in the future.
would a staggered setup work on my x? 18x8 et35 front 18x9 et30 rear.
245/4518 front o.d.
275/4018 rear o.d.

Hey, car looks great. I've posted up a couple of times. You think +25 would kill me? Another 5mm/.2" of poke with the same tire sizing? I know a lot of guys are saying higher offset but the xxr521 has my eye and with Chicago city driving the price is right. Thoughts from you would be greatly appreciated as you've been driving this setup (assuming it hasn't changed) for a year now.

Thanks

Yes, those will work, rears will be flush, fronts in about 10mm.
Rolling diameter front to rear is perfect.

Been on vacation for a bit, took a technology break. Sorry to take so long to reply. Thanks on the G, I have another set-up coming soon!

If you're set-up is similar to mine the +25 wouldn't be too bad, a little bit of poke, you could always go a little lower than I am on the Eibach's and that should work pretty well. The +30 on the AWD coupe with Eibach's seems to be the spot on fit for me so far.

Simpson that thing is clean

Anyone have any thoughts on the Sothis SC2's?
Sothis SC2 Wheels - Free Shipping on Sothis 6 Spoke Rims - 20 & 22 Inch Rims

blnewt, the vendor is telling me I could run these on my 08 g37s coupe w bbk 20x10 +25...can you confirm if that would or would not work? Looking to run 275/30/20 just as Simpson has above.

Thanks again, in advance

A 10" will give you 6mm more room inside the fender, so should work fine, I'm not 100% sure on the inner front fender of the coupe since I don't own one but haven't heard there's much issue, the rear fender bracket may need to be dremel-trimmed if you have rubbing under compression.

G37 AWD Sport Coupe...Stock 19's...Stock Springs....What size tires would work to increase the tire width over the 225 45 19's....also would that effect the ride heigth...I have read that 245 40 19 is a good squared set up for the XS Coupe...

You should have the 19x8.5 rims all around so the 245/40/19s are the ideal size, the 8.5 rim is the best mount for that tire size and the rolling diameter is 0.96% smaller so OK in diameter variance. You could go to a 255/40/19 for an even closer match (0.22%) and will still fit nicely inside the fenders.
