Thank you!, not lowered yet but have plans to do in the near future.

For a 2010 Sport Coupe lowered on Eibachs

Running

19x8.5 +40 fronts
19x10 +30 rears

I have front tires that are 245/40/19
I need rear tires and I'm thinking either 275/35/19 or 275/40/19

Would a 35 sidewall look too low profile compared to the 40 in the front since the front rims are 1.5" thinner?

Thanks!

No, the 275/35 will be the best match to the 245/40s, diameter will be visually identical. The 275/40 would be almost an inch taller, the 275/35 will only be about 1/8" shorter, hardly a difference.

The middle number is just a ratio with respect to the width, so as you increase width you decrease ratio to get the same overall diameter. So as blnewt said, the best match to the 245/40/19 is 275/35/19.

This was my impression as well but my friend suggested running 40 all around, as "35 would look very low-profile." The Eibachs are a very mild drop in the rear (a lot more noticeable than the fronts) too and I'm currently running stretch with I believe a 245 on 10" - and it looks stupid so I'm trying to get rid of this lol

Thank you both!!

I have a G37XS coupe on Swifts springs. I purchased 19x9.5 +25 wheels. Should I get 245/40/19 or 255/40/19 tires?

Here's a coupe w/ 19x9.5 +20 on 255/35s, you will have an additional 5mm room if you were to run 255s on yours.

Hey guys,

Made a thread before posting here my bad. I'm looking at getting these wheels.

I've got a AWD coupe without the bbk. I'd like to be able to run these in 18x8.5 or 9.5 with +30 or +35 respectively. Anyone if this has any chance to clear the calipers even with spacers?

Without BBK you wouldn't need to worry about caliper clearance. You will have plenty of room with those specs.

Do you have a coupe or sedan? Might be doable on a coupe but that is a pretty aggressive offset for a sedan.

i have a coupe, that's exactly what I'm going for an aggressive flush stance without rubbing in the rear

Hi All,

currently running 19x9.5 / 10.5 +22 on ZE40s and was wondering how difficult would it be to fit a 10.5 +12 on the rear? Here is how my current fitment is.

Current rear tire sizes are 255/35 I believe.

That's as aggressive as I'd recommend, it looks like one of the best fits I've seen fatalblitz. You could always camber out some more to stuff the +12s in there or run some stretched 245s, but yours is so functional now and you'll lose some of that IMO. But Kudos in your current state, well done!
