Any thoughts on 265 in the rear instead of 275s? The shop I bought the wheels from is recommending 265s.

Vert question

I find it hard to search, particularly for ‘vert answers. I have the 19 inch s wheels (I believe) but on the base model. Not lowered.

Live in Indy, terrible roads so looking at upsizing. I also don’t like the tucked in look of my OEM 19s. I also don’t want to lower or go for the stance look.

Thinking of running:
235/45 front and either 245/45 or 255/45

I still like to take the back roads and the stock 225/45 and 245/40 are responsive but just don’t handle all the terrible bumps in a row as well as I’d like.

I’m also considering spacers for an almost flush look and was thinking 20mm f/15mm r vs 25/20mm.

Any thoughts on clearance and handling? I don’t need a LARGE increase in comfort and I like the 19s (considered 18s but likely will stick with 19s).

Thank you in advance!

Considering what you have just said, I would get the spacers and call it a day. 15mm spacers will be just inside the fender well on stock suspension and the 20mm will be just on the outside. At the end of the it's personal preference

What size tires would work? 245/45 or 255/45?
I was worrying that 20mm would be too much, go with 15 all around?
Thanks once again for keeping track on the thread!

I would agree the stock rubber size does not provide an agressive look. You could definitely go up a size in the sidewall if you wanted a softer ride and a wider tire for a more aggressive look. I would do some tire reviews and see which model/brand provides the characteristics you want and within your budget. The 245/40 and 275/35 is a popular choice for the AWD crowd but those don't have the largest sidewalls.

I also really like the handling as is so I want to only go up a size.
Given the weather here I’m looking at all weathers, Goodyear weatherready 2.
Car came with cheap Delinte AS that I think are more summer marketed as AS. I almost slid off the road taking an easy turn.
We don’t get so much I need snow tires, so all weather it is.
Widest I really want to go is 235/255 to preserve handling, but I’m worried about the 255/45 fitting, especially if I run spacers.
Seems the easiest to be sure about would be 235/45 and 245/45 with 15mm all around?
