Hey guys, new to the forum here I own a 2012 G37 Coupe... I have a set of Avant Garde wheels specs are:
19x9.5 +15 (front)
19x11 + 18 (rear)
I will be on HSD Coilovers soon and have front and rear camber arms, im just wondering how i can run this setup without too much camber to stay away from uneven tire wear, i know i will have some regardless as these are very aggressive offsets. just need to hear some G owners opinions lol. Need to know what tire size to run and what alignment specs also.
Thanks!
Fronts should be ok on a 245/40/19 for a mild stretch and run about -2.5 camber, the rears will be tough, a further stretched 255/40 perhaps and camber over -3. A 265 would be a better fit though. Might post this in the hellaflush thread~ https://www.myg37.com/forums/wheels-...sh-thread.html

Will an 18x10 squared set up fit a 2011 Journey Sedan (RWD) without fender mods or adding camber? The offset is 22. If so any idea on tire size recommendation? It's not lowered yet, but will be. Not looking for the "Stanced" look, but a nice aggressive meaty tire look would be perfect for me

Pretty aggressive spec for a sedan. Especially since you're not lowered, you're going to have a lot of poke. As for tire size, you can fit anywhere between a 255 and a 285, although the 285 might be too wide to clear the fenders.
Oh ok, I kind of thought so. Thanks! I'll pass on them. I want aggressive, but I'm done "fitting" wheels... lol
Try a 9.5 width wheel with offsets in the low to mid 30s. Depending on how low you are you can adjust the offset to suit your preference. Here's my sedan, 19x9.5 +35 all around. It's a good flush fit but on the conservative side. I have about 5-8mm to play with if I wanted to add spacers.
I have a 19x9.5 +27 19x10 +33 forgestar dropped on tein s tech Springs . 2010 g37s coupe
My old set up F 225/40/19 R245/40/19 perfect fitment for me
the new set up need help if I should go 255 or 265 or 275 in rear
And Front I'm going 245/40
I want the mild stretch but still getting rid of the gap and filling it in most people are saying 265 but I'd love to see a picture of something similar
Here's a video of my set up and the briefly showing the gap. so going with a 35 instead of the 40 ? Are you sure ? I was decided on 40 but take a look at that and tell me if still think 35 ? That's a 40 rn
My previous set up offsets (with spacers) as seen in the first pic are the same with these new wheels (as far as offset being where I want it) so I know what they are capable of looking like again .. but the smaller tire is causing a major stretch and it's making a gap so I'd like to go back to the same look with the new wheels

I'd run 275/35s back there, you've got plenty of room, could even rock a 285/35 if you trim the bracket. If you run 245/40 front you should run 35 series in back to keep the diameter similar. If you want to run more sidewall you should go 245/45 front 275/40 back IMO.
