Official~Best offsets for running FAT tires!
Hi there, i have a question here. I have a '10 G37S Sedan, lowered on Tein-S springs.
Currently, i am sitting on STR607 20x9 (+30)F/ 20x10.5R (+45) , with 245/30/20 and 275/30/20 and they fit fine.
I am looking into a set of used wheels. They are 20x10 +20 square set, with 255/35/20 tires mounted on. Will the rear fit?

If you want a 9.5/10.5 stagger I'd run 9.5 +30 to +35 front on a 245/35 and 10.5 +40 on a 285/30, you'd probably have room for a 295 as well depending on how wide the tire brand actually runs.
Be sure to run a 35 series in front and a 30 in back, this will keep your rolling diameters close front to back.
Also be sure to confirm big caliper clearance for the front wheel, with a +35 you should be ok for most wheels but some need even more room.
From your experiences, what is the most negative camber you can run front and rear without having to worry about cupping the tires? I run Tein Basis and will probably be running 245/275 19 RE-71R or something similar for mostly street, but a handful of track days. It looks like I might need rear adjustable camber arms is there is way more negative camber in the back right now on the snow tires.
If you plan to do some track duty you want to run a bit more camber, shoot for a -1.7 to -2.0, this will open up a bit more tire for you to run.

Sadly the wheel sim looking at are 20x9 +32 or +20 and 20x10.5+45 or +27
Would I be able to run these with no rolling, cutting, crazy camber?
20x10.5 +45 will work fine for the rear
With these offsets u should be able to run a 255/285 combo no prob without rubbing or any fender modifications
Hope that helps
I run a 20x9.5 +35 and 20x10.5 +37 with a moderate 1.2 drop with a 255/285 tire combo and I don't rub on fenders or anything.

I do plan on running on coils (KW V3 or similar) and need usable ground clearance so wont be super low.
And my camber is low, around -1.0, so running more camber for some track duty you'll have even more room.
My car is a 2012 G37xS Coupe. I'm looking at the Forgestar CF5V in 20x9.5 +40 (or 20x9 +35) and 255/35 P-Zero tires FR and 20x10.5 +45 with 295/30 P-Zero on the rear Rear. From what I have read this should be no problem with my mild coilover drop. Forgestar is confirming that the Ksport Supercomp 400mm BBK will fit, but I think it is no issue diameter wise, just a concern with offset clearance.
With all the room to the inside of the coupe rear, is it possible to fit a 325/25-20 P-zero (13.5" section width) on 20x12 +80 wheels? Forgestar is also check caliper clearance on this , but it is likely just a dream.

You could run a 9.5 +30 in front on 255s and an 11" +40 w/ 295s or +45 w/ 305s. The 255/35 & 305/30 is a decent combo, it's 0.65% larger in back so over time you'll get that variance closer to zero.

You'll have serious clearance problems to the inside w/ that 12" with that much positive offset. Those K sport calipers should clear pretty easy as far as to the spokes, they aren't as fat as the Akebonos since they're a longer 8 pot setup.

I may mock up the 325/25 tire and 12" +80 wheel to see where the issues lie. I'm not against pulling the finder liner and making a custom CF/Kevlar liner.
I'll definitely post up pics in the coming months as this comes together.
I'm coming down off of a GTR addiction. I turned in my corporate lease after a 1 yr love affair with 2 different 2015 GTR's (gawd I love working here). I've decided to turn a G37xS into a GTR stalker for the East TN mountain roads. First comes the susp/wheels & tires/LSD, then BRAKES, and finally the powertrain. My target is 600whp.
This forum is a wealth of information. Thanks for the help.
