Official~Best offsets for running FAT tires!
With that offset you could probably run a 295, prior to my new tires (which I had to get 285s since I was on vacation and couldn't wait for the 295s to be shipped in) I was running 295s on 10+45 and the coupe has a bit more width in back, you could run 285s for sure.
Good to know for my next set up thanks. I'm anxious to get these wheels on and share some love in this thread!
Nice choice in wheels Johnny, really go well w/ your coupe and the coilovers look to be well balanced front to rear. Have you had it aligned yet?
Looks like you have about 10mm to go out so 295s probably would have squeezed right inside
But the fit looks good, and you can always add some small spacers for a final flush up if you want.

Sup guys. Spur of the moment choice I just installed some Toyo Proxes 255/40/19 and 285/35/19 on Forgestar F14 wheels on my coupe. Im not crazy about the look as of yet and looking to see if anyone has any pics to show what their drops look like on them. I came from having 245/35/19 and 285/30/19. The car as of right now sits 1.25 inches higher then my original setup. Just looking for ideas before I pull them off
made this to keep the sedan/coupe info separate because of different fitments....

Those sizes are very common around here, here's one example

Do 18's really look that bad on G's? Seen some really nice looking 19 inch combinations early on in this thread
What do you guys think about
18x9.5 +15 255/45/18
18x10.5 +22 275/40/18
On eibachs
Its either that or 20's and in Chicago i am really concerned about some of these massive pot holes chewing through 20's on low profile tires

Those sizes are a bit aggressive IMO, you'll have some wheel poke, I'd try 5 to 10 more positive mm w/ those tire sizes you're planning.

Hey guys, I recently just bought these works gnosis that came off a bmw 335. 19x9+31 19x10.5+32. I know I'm going to need adaptors to run them. I was wondering if I can run 295. What do you guys think? Right now I'm on stock 19s lowered on HSD coils
Depends on how thick the adapter is, a 15mm adapter will put you at 9 +16 front and 10.5 +17 in back, that's going to take some work to get that net offset to fit. Probably a combo of camber and stretch at a minimum, and maybe fender work as well.
i have a 2009 g37 sedan with akebonos, would a set of BBS RS-GT 18x8 +18 front & 18x9 +18 rear be too aggressive for the sedan? and what are the limits of pulling/flaring the guards?
