Installed Hotchkis Sway bars on my 2013 Sport. Better loaded turn in but not a massive improvement. I guess since I already had the S suspension it's just not as drastic. Kept the rear at innermost endlink to help reduce understeer.

Really, REALLY surprised that you didn't notice more of an improvement! I know most people on here, including me, feel that the Hotchkis sway bars (or any aftermarket sway bars for that matter) are one of the best bang for the buck improvements you can make to this car. It's been a long time since I first installed the Hotchkis sway bars on my car (they even used my car for the original test fitting years and years ago), but when I first installed them I was amazed at the handling difference... It was like a completely different car... And I also started with an S model with very low miles at the time. Incidentally, I have by rear links connected to the middle hole, but I started with the outermost hole. I've never used the innermost hole, but that should make the difference even more noticeable.

Yeah, its an absolutely massive difference. I can only guess he has never really pushed the car hard enough to really notice..

Cut the fenders finally and took it out the street for the first time in a year. Getting out of my drive way was quite challenging.

The cigarette odor saga continues...
It’s much better but not completely gone.
I’m pretty sure it’s the foam under the perforated leather seats. Going to see about getting them replaced.
I love everything about the car so I’m willing to spend to make it good.

I hope you got that car cheap. Smoke odor is nearly impossible to remove..... I would have passed on that car and found another. It's probably gone into all the foam and even the carpet.

Have you gotten it ozone treated? I've heard that helps.

I blacked out my chrome window trim. Man, that’s sucked and took me way longer than the 3hrs somebody states it would take. Took me approximately 6hrs, but I’m not a expert vinyl guy. It’s not a perfect job, but I love the result. Next up, Top Speed Y-back Exhaust and EcuTek tune.

Garage got messy.

Turn signal bulb decided it didn't want to stay in anymore. Only way to get it out was to remove headlight and since I already had all the parts for 2010 conversion, no better time than now. Also installed z1 intakes that have been sitting since black Friday last year. Still need to put on the 2010 parts.

I have the Z1 Race intake and really like it. Butt dyno think it’s made a big improvement over the Injen short Rams it replaces. The install kind of sucks, but it’s worth it. They are quieter vs the Injen tho and I miss that.

I took my car out with an EcuTek OBD dongle and ran the performance test they have. I was kind of disappointed my car ran 0-100km/hr at 6.46s (online the AWD is listed at 5.8s 0-100km/hr). I figured the CAI would help out on that a bit as the car feels more nimble. I guess it was really slow when it had the short ram intakes on. I think I may have had a few things working against the car. Auto, no Launch mode (not that test cars did either), older worn tires, full tank of gas (just filled up) and heavier 20" wheels. I'm going to try again when I get down to a 1/4 tank. I'm going to be adding a TOP Speed Y-back exhaust and then planning on doing an EcuTek tune. I didn't buy the car to drag race in, but dang, still kind of a bummer. At least the car looks great.
