That’s good, but my dealer won’t give out a free loaner just for an oil change, where I’m only going to be in there for an hour. Frankly, I wouldn’t go to the trouble just for that short period of time even if offered. Besides, it gives me a chance to look over the new models for sale.

 

And yet another way to look at it is this, and is maybe easier to understand:

If/when Hyundai turns Genesis into their luxury brand (no different than what Toyota did with Lexus and Honda did with Acura), then we have the same sort of discussion 15 years from now and say "Genesis is better quality/luxury than Hyundai" is ridiculous, because at the end of the day, which I'm sure everybody will agree, a Genesis is a Hyundai.

 

However if a customer in the USDM circle states that "Infinitis" have a higher quality then those produced under the Nissan name, they wouldn't be wrong. It's splitting hairs either way IMO.

LOL, me too (except the banking part). For such a large company, *** Communications doesn't need nearly as much IT support as other companies for whom I have worked... I only wish I got paid hourly! ...not that I mind having to not deal with database issues every 15 minutes.
