Lol, I remember someone painted theirs and left a strip out to check the levels though I can't recall who it was now.

Are you going to operate on that cap as well? I was going to start my washer fluid cap but I'll be darned if I can find the dang thing now. Or the Zeetoyz PS cap, apparently I have too much crap.

Cap looks good John! It compliments the polished dip stick cover you have

If you decide you don't like the cap I'll put my dibs on it, and no offense on the PlastiDip comment. Just remember PDip rips off as easy as a bandaid, we all learn some lessons along the way. It just takes some of us a bit longer

I'll remember. And I wouldn't tease you if I didn't think you could take it.

No, wait, yes I would.

I always get so excited when this thread gets updated. And then I get an uncontrollable urge to clean my engine bay, haha.

Your bay looks great as usual, Rochester.

Fast Intentions RHFC

Look what showed up today. 6 weeks of patience, and likely another 4 four before they get installed.

I expect they'll be polished to a mirror like finish in a week or so

Congrats John, I'm looking forward to hearing your feedback. I think you're going to be very happy!

No, man. Under the car and sight unseen. Besides, I'd rather they get a little dirty before the 2015 NYS Inspection, so that they look stock to a tech unfamiliar with the car.

Oh boy! Congrats, Bro. Those babies are looking good. The funny thing is that the actual cats have the same manufacturers stamp as my Kinetix HFCs? Canamex xxxxxxx

Good call. It reads "CANAMMEX TB6000". Seems to be a common catalytic converter core component that can be had online for $50 each.

I'm actually happy to see that the words "FAST INTENTIONS" are not etched into the sides of the resonators, like it is on some of their products. At the next-next car inspection, I'm planning on taking it to a local shop, instead of the INFINITI dealership, and would just as soon not advertise something not quite stock.

Par-ah-noy-ah, LOL

I hear ya on that! Even though most places allow aftermarket catalyst equipment here in VA, It's nice to see no unusual markings to warrant aftermarket equipment.

Don't worry your Canamex cat bodies will turn some odd colors after you stsrt riding around with them in. Mine are a dingy brownish silver color now. (3 months old) They "look" like they have been in for years.

Nice engine bay man. I really like the "bling" so to speak. I'm considering these small upgrades as I go along. Finally have the wife on her good side about the camber kit and tires, just have to get the rims complete!

Rochester you've got a really classy G37S look there. I'm more of a mod-over-time guy and I like your approach. You seriously have me thinking about a sedan instead of the coupe - darn you! White is totally where I want to go and there are some things I like about the sedan over the coupe. Decisions...

Anyway I can't wait to see your choice in 19s. I think you've said it previously, but Infiniti should have offered the sport coupe rims (or at least a 19in option) on the sedan.

(Now I'm going to refrain from asking uninformed sedan vs coupe questions and do some searching first!)
