The OFFICIAL "I have a wheel offset / tire fitment question!" thread
Alright. Well just ordered 20x9 +35 square with 255/35/20 DWS continentals so we shall see. Got squared and same concave both of which I really wanted so will see how big of spacers I need.
Because I see lot more square setups of wide 18 inch wheels, and only few staggered setups (not as wide as recommended).
Looks great. Perfect fitment, IMO.
What spacers, 20mm? I'm guessing you've got 245/40s on the front. I've got 235/45s (AWD - X). I started with 15mm and ended up with 20mm. With the 15mm, I had to drill-press a bit of the rotor-side pockets to avoid contact with the lugs. Ended up not having to have done that, oh well.

20mm Z1 front spacers with extended studs. I'm running the stock sport tire size for the 370z 245/40.
What can you tell me about replicas?
I was able to find a set:
Volk Racing TE37 replica
18x9 255/35/18 +25
18x10 285/35/18 +32
for 750 bucks.
The seller used them on 350z
I think it's a good deal, but don't know much about replicas

Don't listen to anyone or do any research
Just buy them already
Did a research, turns out replica weights 8 pounds more (each) than real thing.
Now I'm looking at this set:
SSR type C
18x8.5 +41, 245/40/18 front tires
18x9.5 +41, 255/35/18 back tires
Will this setup work for G37 coupe? I'm looking to get best performance at race track or autocross.
Is tire size correct? I'm asking because it's coming off 350Z.
Will they clear BBK?
Also: how do I tell if they are real or replicas? Because the price is only $800, which is about the same as previous set I've seen (those were replicas).

Those offsets kinda suck for the coupe but the wheel is a good choice.
Look on the back side for a sticker with the wheel specs...it'll show the brand...hopefully in Japanese. If not, along the rim they will stamp the brand and a few other items...
