Please help

Alternative solution: What wheel and tire spec will have the most concave that I can safely drive an unstretched tire?
Here's an example of a couple 19x9.5 +40 that have decent concave, you could order 4 of them and run 255s on them for just a slight stretch

Thanks all.

I think that I'm going to go with 20x9 +32 245/35/20 / 20x10.5 +45 275/30/20

I have a silver G37 sedan, and I think it will look close to this on Swifts right?

Not sure what you're asking, but with the setup you've described, you will be a good bit taller and less flush than the IS with much less stretched tires. Would look good though. I'd go 255/35 and 285/30 but I like a meaty sidewall.

Agree w/ dk, you'll be about an inch higher but will be a good fit and look nice, and also I'd go w/ 285s too

I don't like meaty sidewalls...I love the sleek look.

What other reasons should I take your tire suggestion over what I posted?

And seriously...thanks guys!

On a 20" wheel all the sidewalls from a narrow 225 to a 305 wide tire will be the same height (if you buy the right size tires w/ the same diameters), the sidewall series will be different but the sidewall height will be roughly the same.
For example my 245/35/20s have the same sidewall height as my 295/30/20s.
The main benefit of going wider out back is the car will feel more firmly planted and it really looks nice and aggressive.

Ok guys, I'll go with your suggestion of 255/35 and 285/30. I hope it sits well with Swifts..does anyone have pics of reference to a setup like that?

search for Robert_K's setup. I believe he has those tire sizes or similar and his wheel specs are very similar. Also on swift springs.

Correction… I'm a 19x9.5 +40 w/ 5mm spacer netting a +35.

Been a while. Got the wheels on bout a month back finally. Theres a pic of them on the work site. Im the LP sedan G bout mid way down the page.

i put in WORK » Gnosis Series

few more pics from the shop on their site as well

Soooo, my rears poke just a tad. We ended up going with the +40 in the end. I suppose thats why.
Rears seem to camber out a bit as well. It was aligned at the time and everything looked in spec though from what i was told.

Im thinking of having another alignment done to see if the springs settling have changed things. Im going to get a alignment report this time and share it here for feedback.

Anything i can do to get the rears to tuck in just a tad? Its really a very minor poke when i look at it so if not its not a big deal. Im considering a set of coilovers at this point as well because the drop in the front isnt where i would like it. Any recommendations? Dont want to go crazy money wise on them since im already in on the eibach springs but definitely willing to purchase something worth while

And..Changing out my ark exhaust and stock cats for a full FI setup with RHFC's tomorrow!
3.7 gears, quaife differential and a full tune next month.

The poke looks acceptable from the pics I saw, a +45 offset would have been better but +40 and a bit excess camber should get you down the road without trouble.
As far as coils, the mid-priced Stance coils (about $1050-$1100) get good reviews and have the OEM or true single coilover rear setups to choose from. Do you have the F&R camber arms & rear toe kit, if not that's something I'd recommend, especially if you lower some more w/ coils.
G looks nice BTW
