New Motordyne Shockwave E370
So you're asking me to put my car on jack stands and crawl my fat azz under there to take a photo just so you can see how the exhaust fits correctly? That's a lot of effort on my part. Paypal $27.50 please and I'll see what I can do.
Seriously, I will try to get that done for you, hopefully some time over the weekend. I'd ask that you do the same so we can see what your issue looks like.

Hahaha funny BB u always make me laugh. Love the sarcasm in posts.
Back to topic, i dont have the e370 exhaust but i did get the motordyne resonated xyz pipe, so extremely similar to your y pipes, and mine rested on the same crossmember some of yours are too. I had to take it off and dent the crossmember in a little with a hammer to get it to stop rattling. Thats my only gripe with it was fitment. Everything else is amazing.
Im sure the header wrap is a temporary solution. I think, eventually, the constant rubbing will wear through it though. I would say try as best as you can to get it away from the crossmember. But thats just me

^^ I agree with neverbonestock.
BB and pcasey: not all the exhaust they make identical which results in some of us having the issue and others not.
Neverbonestock:
Has the wrap held up for you so far? Have you brought it up to Tony?

I'd be shocked and amazed of they were using a different jig to make them, they're all cut and assembled by the same fabricator on the same jig.. The differences would only be infinitesimally small form one unit to the next. Surely not as much slop as 1/2" to 3/4" difference between one unit and the next.
Can't see why some have his problem while others don't. Looks like an installation issue? Or motordyne's consistency in making the same exhaust with same dimensions.
Just like the 3-4 versions of their art pipes I guess it's better to wait for e370 v3 or something.

That doesn't make any sense.
The versions of things are design updates, nothing to do with consistency, which isn't something they have a problem with. Without pics or being able to see this system, i can't tell, but if there is a problem, Motordyne will sort it, everything is warranteed and they sand by their work.
