I just turned my StopTechs that are 4 years old and combined with the EBC Redstuff pads, they bite like a rabid dog.

I called EBC this morning to discuss the excess dust and complex bedding process I've read about online, and they said that bedding process people describe is not needed unless you will be immediately tracking the car. The dust is the bedding material, which should wear down by about the 300 mile mark.

If you look at the rotor pic below, you will see the bedding material starting to attach itself.

I believe they also make an insert for the other side of the rear bumper so it looks more finished.

so now that’s it’s been on for a while and I’ve had some more seat time I can honestly say it has a very close Motordyne-ish sound. Nice deep rumble. Granted I’m still on stock cats, but I absolutely love the sound. There is a bit of drone around 3-3500k rpm range would be my only gripe.

The single exit visually still hasn’t grown on me tho

The rest are for other features our car doesn't have), and came from a Nissan/Infiniti (for the windshield mounting), it should fit.
Y'all can also grab the aftermarket Gentex frameless mirrors. I've had mine for years. I have the Home link and compass model. As far as I can remember, you might have to tap 3 wires. Constant, power, and ground, then tuck the wires behind the headliner.

Nicely done! Man, my audio and AC ***** were on tight when I swapped them out - had to have faith and just keep yanking! Such a big improvement.

Have you swapped out the bulbs to LEDs - looks like it.

Project Cosmetic is officially done.

Just installed oem black mirrors and the final oem black door handle on the rear driver door.

Also installed the Stillen rear spoiler in black. Very easy install and great fit.

Just need to finish ceramic coating a few panels, restore the fog light lamps and the black trim on the front grill lower mesh.

OK, so Im not

fully done, but you know what I mean…

That's really interesting. I like what you've done.

Can't tell from these pics, but did you swap out your antenna cap for a black one?

Nope. The antenna is still blue.

At first, I only intended to do the front grill, emblems and spoiler in black or dark gray. My grille and emblems are actually dark gray as was the original eBay spoiler that simply didn’t fit well..

Then we got black caps for the handles just for fun, and they looked better than blue, but looked kind of cheap.. So this then led to getting all new KH3 handles, escutcheons and gaskets all the way around. Before all of this we had done blackout tape on the chrome trim, but that looked cheap, so we got new oem trim and had that painted black. At the same time I got a new set of fog light surrounds painted black and got those installed.

Now, as I started the project of replacing the door handles, it was so easy to take the mirrors off and since I had to get the new spoiler painted anyways, I gave them the mirrors to paint as well.

You know how it goes - one thing leads to another…But, I believe I now have no chrome except for the front emblem, so that is a very good thing IMO. I actually never intended to do so much black, but my son liked it and after all it is “his” car…

My G35S had a single exit stock, and it looked nice. I think if there was a finisher of sorts to cover the unused exit on the diffuser, it may grown on me. Looks unfinished without one.

I like that spot for Carbon Fiber as it is somewhat muted by the rear glass, which provides a level of integration with the painted surface.

Drove mine again (!) and I have to say... I really like this car now that the tramlining is gone. Still have a clunk in the front which now I may be able to diagnose since it's become a single issue.

I think this weekend I need to take a stab at adding the VLine2 I picked up probably 20 years ago at this point (exaggerating) since 9/1 in SC we can't use phones for nav any more.

How did you resolve the tramlining? Did I miss a series of posts somewhere? Been buried at work so its been tough to keep up.
