^^So total weight saving ~#100 give or take. Can you actually notice that in driveability? The car is what, #3700 or #3800 overall. I can see things like the flywheel making a difference as you're directly connected to it via right foot, wheels maybe?
Have you done anything to the rear end? I bet shorter gears would make a pronounced difference.

I believe the 6MT sedan is one of the lightest models and I think it weighs in the 3,600's stock. I definitely felt a difference with the lighter wheels, and now with all of the combined weight savings so far, it does feel less shifty overall. I do plan to get z1's new 4.09 final drive too
It's on the list! I may try to do it all at the same time - clutch, flywheel, 4.09's, diff brace. But the brakes come first, they're in really bad shape right now. And I just ordered an FI exhaust in February.

Yup! It's an aftermarket exhaust so fitment can vary and from your pic the left tip isn't that much further out, there really isn't a way to adjust that. You can try loosen all the flanges and see if any adjustment helps that but nothing really directly to tweak it.
The exhaust will expand when hot, see what the tips look like once you drive it for a bit.

But after I got home I heard more rattling
.So I was moving the mufflers/tips around and I added some cut up plastic cards in that spot you circled as an example. It seemed to lessen it and I started noticing sound on the right side too so I added more to the left and added some to the right. I didn't have a lot of time to check because of work but I think the issue is resolved. I wouldn't mind a neater solution but I don't think the cards will fall out or get too hot based on the location and it's hard to even see these unless you're looking for it so it will probably be fine long-term.
Below is an image before I added a little more:

Alright, here's a cold start and rev with the new exhaust setup. I will provide more videos after retune.
