Yup, as Brad already mentioned, 20x10.5" +28 is pretty aggressive and is going to make it very tough to fit wide rubber on the rear. You are most likely going to have to run a pretty stretched tire set up and some heavy negative camber to clear in the rear without any fender modifications. Don't think you'll be able to make 285's or 275's to work... even 265's will probably require around -2.5° to -3° camber in the rear. I started with 265's on the rear of mine with 20x10.5" +37 wheels and that set up still required around -1.9° or -2° negative camber in the rear. That became around -2.2° camber when I went to 275's. Then I needed around -2.5 or so when I switched to 285's. Subtract another 9mm (almost 3/8") of offset and your set-up will be even tighter.

FYI... The V36 G Sedans already have the fenders rolled flat in the rear so at least you won't have to get the fenders rolled on this car like you did on your Altima. You will probably have to trim the rear felt fender liner though... Its quite easy to do, just need a sharp razor blade/box cutter and it's helpful if it has a depth adjustment so you don't cut into the paint below the liner.

Can I run 275/40/18 square on 18x9.5 +38 front and rear? I'm about to purchase a second set of wheels. Or should I do 265/40? I'm most likely supercharging the car and I think the car could use the extra tread width.
I think you'll be fine with this set-up. I'm currently running 255's on my 20x9.5" +35 with a 10mm spacer up front without any issues. But I am planning to change the front to 275/35R20 Toyo T1S's and will remove the spacers, which should end up very close to what I'm running now. I have a buddy that is running pretty much this same set-up without any issues. For the rear you'll probably want to add some ~10mm spacers to push them out a bit for a more flush look.

More camber is OK as long as your toe is good. I have been in the -2.5 range on my new tires and things look pretty good a few months in. More grip up front too. Out back is where you want less camber.
FWIW I'd just rather run less camber, if that means running a slightly narrower tread I guess that's ok
You think my 18x9.5 +38 with 275/40/18 up front will fit fine with minimal camber?
Those are the same specs as my 18s, I think it's going to be real tight without rolling that fender edge. If I get some time later in the week I'll put a rear one up front, they are 285/40 though so I'm sure I won't be able to drop it all the way down, lol.
