It looks like wheels, doors, roof and engine are all intact, probably not the nose. I think you guys are quick to write this off.

Left side has quite a bit of frame damage, i didn't even get to see the front yet. Was already in the ambulance by the time they pulled it out. Really hoping it's a total loss at this point. It'll never drive the same.

And I appreciate the support guys. Really means alot. I broke down when I saw the damage.

See the crease in the drivers side C pillar? Car is almost certainly done for.

Zahy, so glad you are ok.

I got hit by a Toyota Sienna, front end was done and his airbags went off. I'd hope this thing gets totalled the way it's sitting.

I appreciate everything guys

Sorry to see that Zahy. The most important thing is that you're OK, cars can always be replaced, although it's certainly hard to see your work get written off.

As I've told you through the text, I'm so glad you're okay Zahy, I recently went through this twice I know how it feels, however you'll be onto better and bigger things and now looking forward to you getting that 6MT SS too means I won't be the only SS coming to the august meet up

By the looks of it, I have no doubt it'll get totaled since I just went through this over a month ago and my damage wasn't as bad as yours(or it didn't look as bad) but there was still so much damage that it got totaled so I have no doubt about it getting totaled especially with the front end damage, ending up in the ditch ... the front end is probably not too pretty either.

Agreed, looks like the rear driver's quarter panel got crumpled up pretty good.

No. Rear end damage is not cheap and the frame is likely bent now. + The very expensive rear glass + the front damage we can't see + any airbags that went off (?) + They also include labor costs when they factor in if it's totaled or not.

I don't know his state salvage laws but lets just say its 75% and a 2013 g37 is valued at around 15k (KBB), the car has to have like under $11k in damages including the cost of labour to not be totaled.

I was absolutely amazed when i got my estimate from the insurance company on how much some of this stuff costs.

Chevy is doing 20% off MSRP right now...Not sure what kind of prices they normally sell at but they're doing 20% off MSRP until the 13th.

Yes they are that's what I've been telling Zahy, they sell for 49-50k I believe, see the attachment.

My 2013 6MT Sedan had 57k miles and was estimated at 19k value by the insurance and had about 18k in damage and the rear end didn't look nearly as bad as Zahy's plus the front damage that bet is worse than mine was, however my trunk floor did crack open and that really would've been expensive to fix, driver's side quarter panel got pushed forward, rear doors wouldn't open and the driver's doors got pushed forward and made contact with the fender, all in all I got 22.5k from the insurance after condition adjustments plus taxes etc.

It's very highly unlikely that it wouldn't get totaled given the seen damage

Damn!

First of all I'm glad to see that you're ok Z. That looks like a nasty hit you took.

So sad to see one less VR sedan. Especially one that was modded so nicely.

Stillen claims the gen 3 intake is up to a 14whp gain, but most people on the forums seem far more skeptical. Has anyone dynoed it?
