So here in Texas it's required to have a license plate on the front bumper (not windshield). Anyone else in a state where they require the same? Needing ideas on how to relocate it.....have to buy bumperplugs as well......smh

 

Ok....just learned Osiris is what I'll need to tune/flash my ECU when I do a I/H/E mod. Luckily, UpRev is just 45min away from me �� and a tuner 15min away! I feel like a kid with a new toy.....all I want to do is drive my G!

 

Yeah those front braces look nice. So does the front damper (no welding). Might be a fun little project.

I have never run a front plate on my G and have only once received anything for it. It was the last day of the month and I got a citation for speeding to which the kind officer added no front plate and no tint certification sticker (I didn't even know such a sticker existed). When I went to court the judge dismissed the no front plate and tint violations and gave me DSC for the speeding.

For plate relocation options you can look into the stillen tow hook plate frame or one of those fancy hideaway ones.

I'm also interested in the rear brace. I want to see if the 370Z uses the same p/n. I bet there are a bunch of people on the 370 board that upgrade to the GT-Spec rear brace and have their OEM piece collecting dust

 

The batwing? Yep, interested in that, too. Concerned about clearance with a 2.5" diameter catback, however.

As for that catback... I reached out to 1CleanG today for a status update on the order I placed 5 weeks ago. Turns out he doesn't have access to FI's build queue, so my only option is to continue with patience, and expect the advertised 10-12 week turn-around.

Hmm. Fortunately, we're digging out of 12" snow today, so it's not like I can do anything with the catback were it to show up...

...except maybe take pictures of it sitting on my dining room table.

Thanks Brad. I've had the splitter for a little while now but I came up on the CF grill from my teammate over the weekend and I repainted my calipers a couple of weeks ago. I really loved the blue but it would just get lost behind the wheels so I wanted something that would pop a little more.
