Putting that polished reservoir in the car next to all those corroded bolts. Hmm.

I dig engine bling, but I'll be honest, not liking those thick tig welds.

Yeah, sorry about not jumping on the Luv Wagon. I respect the money spent on engine bling, because god knows I've spent silly money on engine bling.

That hardware is from DressUpBolts.com, right? Good stuff.

I need to get on this dress up bolt bandwagon. All the bolts in around the perimeter in the engine bay look terrible.

Take your time. For the radiator shroud, the least expensive and clean (IMO) approach would be fender washers. For a while, Password JDM was the only game. But these VMS washers are a much more appealing design.

You can pick up a pack of 5 anodized washers in whatever color, and stainless steel M6-15 collar-bolts, for under $5 on ebay.

Personally, i like the beveled edge of the VMS washers over JDM. And I prefer the way the VMS washers have their logo on the edge, rather than all over the top.

These are Password JDM fender washers:

The new Password JDM "Sport" washers are a clean design, but again... the logo all over these things ruins it:

Sometimes Orange = Gold. Good luck.

Between just these here, I still think the VMS design is better.

Be patient with Chris over at dressupbolts, he's a good guy but sometimes shipping etc takes a bit. Could just have been what I ordered I suppose. But he communicate all the way through and I got some courtesy stuff as well.

One of these days I'll order some additional odds and ends but I have parts piling up around the house now and just ordered coilovers.

I could have wrote that exact thing.

Over the last 5 years, I've placed about a half-dozen orders with Chris, and you're right... they get mixed up a lot. But each and every time he made up for it and then some with a handful of miscellaneous bolts. He's a really good guy in his emails and customer service.

My advice is to look at bolts specific to their location and purpose. Don't buy a kit. That's a waste of money, IMO.

I m in no hurry for these bolts plus show season is almost over and I m so burnt out from the car scene that I hope it takes awhile lol

but these are all good things to hear! I noticed that they don't have the G kit available anymore so I shoot him an email. it seems like the Z ones are a bit different. hopefully he can piece together one for me

Agreed. I bought the cheapest kit, assuming that they would replace the bolts in the radiator support for $42 shipped and I was disappointed when I got them because all I got was 2 bolts and 3 nuts. I was a little let down with spending that much money on 5 items and haven't figured out where they are suppose to go. I assume it's for the engine cover. I've contacted them thinking that I was missing a few bolts and that their instructions in the box say to contact them if they didn't include a list of which bolts the kit was suppose to replace and I was told that I got the correct amount of bolts/nuts and that the list of replacements was on their website. I looked on their website and could not find the list anywhere. It kind of left a sour taste in my mouth because I feel like the bolts/nuts weren't worth $8 a piece or whatever the math comes to. They've been sitting in the box they were shipped in for the past 2 months. They're good quality but I don't feel they're worth $8 each. Maybe I should have sent them an email and specifically asked for the radiator support when I was ordering them the first time, and maybe the pricing would be a little bit better that way, but I don't know. That was just my experience with them and I wasn't too happy.
