Yup, sure does look good. Also, just an FYI, reaching under the car to wash those shiny new cans is a chore but well worth it. Hope you like getting on your back......LOL.

Still awaiting your hiss verdict.

Thanks, Brad. I'll likely have running comments in my progress thread over the next few days. Here, I'll double-post the first video:

Went on a friendly cruise down in Mexico this Saturday with the local Z group. Sorry there is no sound, driver of camera car was swearing too much so he cut the audio before sending to me.

He said he was full throttle 3rd gear (370z 7at i/h/e) and I started in 4th.

Hard to tell anything w/o sound...just looked like the Z was cruising and you can really tell...well at least to me...when you hit full boost...was like you were shot out of a rocket at about the 0:05 mark

^ We paced for a good 4-5 seconds (while he got the video started) and actually hit throttle fairly close, if you look at the hood you can see it lurch up about the 1.5 second mark in the video.

Edit: I'll ask him for the version with audio, from what he said it's mainly his lady asking why he wasn't pressing the gas followed by a bunch of swearing.

Hard to explain in words besides "it's #@$^$# fast!" Again, the camera car in the video is a 370z 7at with i/h/e going full throttle starting in 3rd gear and me starting in 4th because my break-in tune rev limiter.

I think I'd have to show you - are you free tonight? I need to clock in about 70 more miles before we change the oil and throw it back on the dyno tomorrow. A trip to Katy seems to be just the right thing to do!

I think we'd all line up for an opportunity to drive Tony's car. In fact, he could probably sell us tickets.

That looks fantastic John!

I'll have to wait until I get home to listen to the sound in the vid. Forgot to bring my dragonfly to work today so I can hear the audio.

But you live close enough, I'm sure you will see it sooner rather than later! Whenever I head up there I will definitely let you know! I was thinking maybe August when Formula Drift rolls through.

Rochester must be so excited about his muffler that he accidentally revealed his all elusive license plate number in the video. I'm excited and saddened.

LOL Good catch.

Don't think I hadn't thunk that. Sadly, I don't have the video editing skills. Or any video editing skills, for that matter. That vid was posted raw from the camera.

^^ I used a polishing cloth in one of my vids. But then again, VERY easy to forget that, because unbridled excitement.
