The easiest thing to do with new welded tips is to go *over* the cut stub of the original neck and weld the new piece directly to the can. A more difficult approach would be to try and weld two equal diameter pieces together. IDK what you would do if the replacement tip had a smaller neck diameter than the original.

Hey John, I completely forgot to take measurements last night but it looks like you've got the measurements you need. I'll take mine anyway just to see how they line up. I'll get info on the fitment of the tips in relation to the bumper cutouts if you're still looking to swap them at some point.

Confirmation from 1CleanG (Lance) that FI will build a 2.5" cat-back to match up to the 2.25" pipe on the standard FI RHFC. The added diameter is an added cost, but reasonable.
Who wants to answer the question: why 2.5" over 2.25"? I'm thinking 2.5", but with the 18" resonator. Matched with the RHFC, I suspect that would result in a very deep, very modulated exhaust. However, I don't really know, because that's just a dumbazz opinion based on nothing except some small experience and a lot of hearsay.

Discount Tire has a similar offer, with the exception of nitrogen. In fact, they balance them everything they rotate.

Nope, unfortunately the car only learns & knows 4 TMPS signatures at a time and doesn't retain old memory. So winter/summer sets require the relearn. Whats further aggravating is the car knows exactly which is the LF, LR, RF, and RR, yet only pops a dummy light on the dash when one or more tire needs attention. Could chalk it up as novelty, but the Dodge Charge SRT (and many others) will tell you on the dash what the tire pressure is on each corner.
I distinctly remember commenting to him that it could be louder. Certainly resonators and mufflers each affect the exhaust, but the resonators aren't so much about noise as they are modulation... it's the mufflers that reduce overall noise.
