2013 g37x coupe door problems

Hello everyone, I am having a issue thats really been bugging me and I was wondering if anyone ran into this issue. So both of the windows and door locks will not work with the main door switch or passenger side door switch, but the doors will lock and unlock with the key fob. The main driver side door switch has been changed and also the driver side door wiring harness has been changed out still nothing works. The driver side door speakers and the mirror switch not working.. I just don't understand what can cause this problem. thanks

Normally I would say, yes, check the BCM. However, as you are having speaker issues as well- and the BCM has absolutely nothing to do with the speakers- points me to a wiring issue. Or even a bad ground connection.

Now you said you replaced the door harness, I assume you replaced everything from the DOOR connection at the flex boot to the door. However, what is the condition of the BODY-side connector at the flex boot? In other words, you changed the "plug" but what shape is the "socket?" There are a ton of pins and blade terminals in that socket that can get easily corroded/ bent/ damaged, etc. Also, what is the condition of the wiring under the driver dash. Any indication of water?

Also, does the ADP system work? Puddle lamp? Outside door switch?

When I figured out my problem, I removed the driver side door So I could get a closer look at the terminals from the harness plug. I used a test light and what was lighting up was real dim, pulled out the power probe and found out the terminals that's suppose to be lit wasn't 12volts. All the terminals I checked gave me something different. either no reading or grounded out. That's the reason I thought the BCM was bad because normally the BCM would send a ground signal to different parts. The socket is a long kind of oval shape, the outside door switch works, puddle lamp doesn't adp works.
