2016 Q50 3.0T Red Sport 0-100, sounds good

 

That sales rep didn't even have it in Sport more. It's is quicker in Sport mode.

 

It better be because it took about 5s to get to 60mph. I'd expect it to be in the low 4's.

 

That does sound pretty good! I was afraid with it not being a VQ that it would not sound good, but this is pretty awesome. The Q60 should sound even better as the two usually have slightly different tones!

 

I noticed a difference between both modes in the suspension and acceleration.

 

It does sound good...now I am curious about the coupe. Traditionally they are much more audible than the sedans!

I hope they do a better job with the usb location this time! Minor thing and all but it is a royal pain in the a$$ in my coupe.

 

I thought they were pumping engine sound into the cabin via the sound system? I hate this trend, but it looks like everyone's doing it.

 

Probaly gonna look like this. This is a Q50 center console. Still a PITA but you get 2, an AUX, 2 12v and a video in.

 

I don't think Infiniti pumps sound. I know they have noise canceling with the Bose and the new coupe should have that but I don't believe they pump sound thru the system.

 

Ahhh, I might have confused it with noise cancellation.

 

It does not look like that. usb is facing up, much easier to put it in

 

It does sound good! I was a bit worried about it too since the new Q50s are quieter than previous G35/G37s, but it seems to have a nice growl from the factory!

 

It will be faster. Look at the comments section, the dude filming the video said there were 4 ppl in the car and it wasn't in sport mode (and no use of paddle shifters). He mentioned 0-60 is supposed to be 4.5s..

 

i wonder if Android Auto will ever show up ...

 

Wow it did take a tad longer than 5 secs, and it's an AWD. That's weird.
