I will be doing a write up on my impressions on the GTM valve body upgrade. You can do everything yourself, it is so easy. You will love your 7AT! Stay tuned.

Yes I have thought about that, maybe "better safe then sorry" is the way to go. There will always be someone with more HP.

Question for the experts on forced induction.

Can the drive shaft/pistons/rings, etc., 7at transmission, and the rear differential handle the extra force put on them by a supercharger without the need for upgrade?

Only one way to find out

There are guys like Coop running stock driveshaft & rear end, raping his car on the drag strip with no issues (knock on wood) and there are other like a certain moderator on here who shall remain nameless (a bit grumpy, posts like we're in the 16th century) who lost a CV boot I believe doing a few hard launches. So it's really a hit or miss.

Engine wise, it's mostly in the tune and boost levels. Transmission wise, you'll need an oil cooler and a valve body upgrade maybe?

i know a lot of people arent very into the stillen super charger... well maybe some are but that is a direct bolt on kit just get it tuned the right way and you can use all the stock parts. now i just order the gtm twin turbo setup which will put about 500 to the wheels all stock if tuned the right way just depends on pref as to which youd rather have.

Kit numbers

Aparently right now the belt has to be fabricated and so you are stuck using the stock pully. Numbers are around 450 whp and 380 trq. Considering most of our cars only hit that 380 number over 520whp this kit should be a tire eatting monster. Once a new pully is on with proper tuning i have no doubt you will be approaching 450 to 500 trq. Cant wait to see this thing pulling on v8's at a drag strip.

Unless iam wrong about the numbers sam
