My RB Project, going all in!
Thank you sir.
My biggest problems now are
1) Sway bar/accessory belt clearance
2) Finding a low profile fan that will still provide decent cfms
3) When I sit in a lot of traffic/dyno my external fuel pumps overheat.
The car's been amazing otherwise

Did you try speaking with someone at CSF regarding the fans? I'm sure they can probably direct you to somewhere that will have one or build one to your spec.
Have you considered actively cooling the fuel pumps with some generic heat sinks and fans? What symptoms occcur when they overheat? I'm curious. Is there no in-tank dual pump solution that you can come up with? I've seen people make their own quite easily in the dsm/evo world.

I had a custom intank setup made locally and it didn't work very well. All sorts of fuel starvation. CJM has dual pump setup for the Z's but no confirmed fitment on G37 so I had to do an external setup. I didn't want to throw it in the boot and ruin it, so it's sitting under the car at the time being between FI Mufflers. Not sure I'd be able to fit any cooling setup down there.
I'll spare you the long intro's. The weather's getting nicer and I decided to put her on the dyno see how she'es doing:
She put down 485whp @ 0.9bar (low boost setting) and 615whp @ 1.6 bar (high boost setting). The car actually saw 1.7 bar when I datalogged it on the street. NOT COMPLAINING
Here's a screenshot of the High boost run. Was too excited to adjust the Torque Axes Scale but you get the picture.

I got too excited on the road and with all the boost the charge pipe eventually came off, thinking of just welding that fcker in:

And here's a video of me pretending like I knew what I was doing haha

What i did for my boy's car was i took a grinder or a dremel and made the end pipe surface rough so it won't be smooth. Gave the coupler a harder time coming off.
The vice grips is one i've heard many people using in the past to make their own pipe beads.
I'm organizing a drag night in January, will get a few runs in
