Just called to complain about lack of call waiting transfer in the 2010 G37 phone system. Customer service rep said they had so many complaints they plan to release an update in a month or so to add back that feature.

I can't get that feature to work on my 2009. I have to manually press the button on my phone to get it to work.

Great!!!!! Call and complain. Its annoying and very inconvient to miss important calls just because you were already on another call.

Any news on this? I've been hearing rumours of a fix, but not confirmed...if this is not resolved, it is totally unacceptable.

Call quality blows on the other end.....the call waiting is a fail....the phonebook doesnt even work the way it should. this is another Infiniti FAIL!!! My friends C-class's bluetooth puts this to shame. As it stands now I'll just save my battery and leave bluetooth OFF.

Any news on the update. I went to the dealer few weeks ago and they updated my whole navigation system including Bluetooth etc but still am having the same no call waiting issue.

I think it's only a 2010 and 2011 issue - looks like you have a 2009. I was at a dealership this week and asked service...they said there will probably be a recall, but could not confirm anything including timing.
