Remote Start using your iphone?

Hey Guys!

Lately I have been reading that there is an app that would enable you to remote start your car. I am assuming you need some type of transducer in your vehicle. Anyone have any info on how this exactly works, and if it is even possible with the G? One of the main reasons I never got a remote start on my vehicle is that I am never close enough or have a good enough view of my vehicle from inside a building. If this could work via satellite, well then it is a different story. Any insight?

Thanks in advance.

The home page toggles from blackberry, android, iphone. However, reviews on amazon haven't been all that great. Be awesome if they can get the system solid.

Yeah. I have it installed on my car and the system is great except when the smart start system is backed up and your phone cant connect with the car. This happens about 30% of the time and it also doesn't work well in parking garages. Other than that its a great system. Btw it was a PITA trying to find someone to install it.
