I'm looking at the Vossen CVT 19" would 19x10 all around be good? what tire would fit? would there be rubbing? I wanted like 19x9 in the front (maybe 9.5) but that size is not available I keep hearing that spacers might be need in the front to clear the akebonos? I'm trying to go for a flush fit. I'm lowered on eibach springs. 2008 g37 coupe RWD.

Hey Blenewt, do you know of a tire calculator that lets you calculate all 4 wheels at the same time? The 1010 calculator is good but it only lets you compare fronts or rear instead of front AND rear at the same time. I want to see what the overall speed variance difference is instead of just guessing. I mean I get the numbers for the f/r and write em down...then avg em out to get the variance but I am not sure that is the accurate way to do it

Looking for a quick answer on something.
Ordered some 19x9.5 wheels with 35mm offset on 245/40/19 tires. Unfortunately the wheels are back-ordered so I have two options.

1. stick with the 19x9.5 and use a 38mm offset
2. go with 19x8.5 and the 35mm offset

Since the tires remains 245 going down to 8.5 shouldn't affect the appearance correct? I don't which factor to prioritize, the offset or the rim width.

Go w/ the 9.5 +38, most wheels have more of a concave dish as the wheels go wider giving them a better look. And the 3mm difference isn't much and won't make the fit much different at the fender. The 8.5s will be a flatter face more than likely and be a bit more sunken in at the fender, not as good a look for sure.

Not all four wheels at once but w/ a bit of legwork you should get the results you're after since this one is quite detailed.

19x8.5 +35 with 245/35/19
19x10 +40 with 275/30/19

Does anyone foresee any fitment issues with an AWD sedan?

With a drop those will fit well, but a 245/40 & 275/35 will retain the OEM diameter much closer, so that's what I would run

That's what I figured, but will those sizes affect the VDC/AWD even though the front & rear rolling diameters are within 1% of each other?

It shouldn't but I'd hate to give a green light and then you end up having an issue then you're having to take a hit on the tires.
Is there a reason you wanted more sidewall?

Personally I would go rather with 245/40 and 275/35 anyways just because it's more meat, but the reason I'm asking is because I'm looking at a set of wheels and the tires are already on them and I don't want to buy new tires lol. Thanks for your input though!

If the tires are already part of the deal then I'd run them, and if any issues arise then switch over.
