I have a 2012 G37x Sedan. Can I put 30mm offset rims on this or will they rub? I'm looking at some G35 7 spoke 18" rims.

Your OEM rims will be either 17x7.5" +45 or 18x7.5" +43
The G35s are 18x8 +30 so you'll be out 6mm for the wider rim and another 13 to 15mm out for the offset for a net of 19 to 21 mm extension. You'll also be running a wider tire (I assume), so another 5mm for a 235 or 10mm for a 245 width tire. So if you want to go out an inch to inch & a quarter from where you are now than it'll work.

Anybody know if a 20x10 +25 would clear front akebono brakes on G37S coupe? I wouldn't mind a mild poke.

Depends on the particular wheel design, most should easily clear but going strictly by offset isn't 100% definitive. What wheels are you wanting?
Here's a template that you can use if you have the wheels in hand or can send to the vendor for confirmation

I'm ordering AG M580 in the specs listed. That is a very handy schematic. Definitely plan on putting it to use

2011 g37x coupe OEM suspension. Can I run square set up with 19x9.5 wheels with 275/35 tires. What offset will work with these wheels? +35 +45 ??? Can this be done? Thank You.

Check Lt8che coupe here~
Running 9.5 +30s on 265s, so a +35 w/ 275s will work, to be real certain a +40 would give a few mm wiggle room.

No, the tires will be similar diameter so the fit at the fender will be the same.

Need some input guys having troubles deciding on width and offsets of a step lip rim. Size will be 19 tires preferably be a square set of 265. Realistically i would like to have 10.5 square but never worked with step lip app with bbk so not sure what will clear .

How aggressive are you wanting the lip to be? Probably be a BBK issue if you go real wide in front. You could go staggered lips, just enough in front to clear and go real aggressive in back. Do you have a certain wheel picked out?

9.5 +30 running 265s square is a confirmed coupe fit, a few sedans running 10.5s +35 to +38 on up to 275s square so there should be some room to go up on your coupe.
