Also can I run 245/40/19 all around, I do not want stretched tires, as it is not appealing to me to view the lip of the rim outside of the tire.

I have attached a few pictures of them. One of them is hyper silver and the other 3 are hyper black (hence the very low price.) That doesn't bother me because my plan is to have them powder coated, or have the hyper silver one refinished to hyper black.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
Should be a nice setup, specs are just fine for your X and running 245/40s is perfect
Post some pics after the paint & install.

Thank you for that blnewt, if the deal goes through I definitely will. If I do a mild drop, 1.2-1.6 is it necessary to get camber kits all around?

I would, at least the rear arms & toe bolts.

I just bought a 2012 G37x coupe and need to get some snow wheels/tires.
Can 17" wheels fit on these cars?
I found some used G37 and M35 sedan 17" wheels that I'd like to use and mount snow tires onto...
What is the right size tire for a 17" wheel? 225/55-17 seems pretty close to stock...

I ask about a smaller size wheels because it will save $150 or more for tires and be a little more protected in regards to curb rash.

Looking at getting the Niche Verona M149 for my 11 G37S coupe and plan to just drop the front on Tanabe NF210s. I'm not opposed to a square setup either. Just want the wheels flush to fender and deep concave look. What would fit flush with nice deep concave?

Front 20x9 +35mm offset wrapped on 255/35R20
Rear 20x10 +40mm offset wrapped on 285/30R20

or

Front 20x9 +25mm offset wrapped on 255/35R20
Rear 20x10.5 +30mm offset wrapped on 285/30R20

Here's JPat94 coupe on Niche Targas 8.5 +35 10 +40 on 245/285, I think you could run the top option w/ 255/35/20 front and even 295/30/20 rear.

Hey blnewt,

I have an X sedan so I'm looking to run a square set up with 20x10 all around. I'm currently dropped on swift, but ill be looking for coils soon.

I want the most flush fitment front and rear without rubbing of course. I have the luxury of choosing my offset so I'm trying to determine the "ideal" offset. Tire sizes I want to be in the range of 255/35 to 275/35 all around

With a 275/35 tire, I'm thinking:
20x10 +37

Maybe with a 255/35 tire, I'm thinking:
20x10 +32

I can do staggered offsets as well as an option...Thoughts???

Those aggressive square setups look pretty hot, especially "dual concave"
sets.
Here's some nice squared sets, and reply #2 & #3 both are X models w/ dual concave setups running 20x10.5 +35 on 275/30/20 & 20x10.5 +38 on 275/30/20 respectively. I think I'd go 20x10 +37 on 275s of the choices you posted, you'll have roughly 5mm more clearance to the fender than the examples in that thread.
Oh, and the thread~

Thanks for the help blnewt! If I wanted to run a square setup for deep concave on all corners I guess the 20x10 +40 would sit flush with the front fender also?

The only coupe that comes to mind w/ close to that setup would be L8che,
here's his setup running 9.5 +30 on 265s (on 18" rims) so your 10" (-6mm), +40 (+10mm) and 275 width tires (-5mm) would result in a fit 1mm out (extended) from his, so basically the same fit at the fender

Only remaining concern would be clearing the Akebono front calipers, shouldn't be a problem w/ a 10" rim but depending on the style wheel and it's backspacing, etc.

Thanks again! So would the fronts stick out more flush to the fenders than the rears if running the same 20x10 +40 on all corners? If so would a rear spacer help to match up the flush fender on front and back?

Id shoot a PM to L8che and see what he says as far as how even both tires are to the fender edges. If a spacer was needed I'd bet it would be 5mm or less.

Hello,

Thinking about getting Vossen CVT for a '12 sedan. Also want to lower on Tein S-Tech.

20x9 +38 on 245/35/20
20x10.5 +45 on 285/30/20

How would these look or would it work?

Rears will be right at the fender, but will tuck.

Any ideas on this? Has anyone run 17's on a coupe?
