Thumbs down IOC is losing business w/ me

Earlier this week I scheduled an oil change in which they did it on the spot. Yesterday when I walking towards my car I realized there was something (probably the width of a thumb print) on my driver's side door. I thought it was some dirt or something (it was white but not the color of my car) so I tried rubbing it off and it didn't come off. Then I figured it was TOUCH UP PAINT! I never used touch up paint on my car. So IOC has tried to cover up their mistakes without telling me what happened!

This wasn't the first time. I had scehduled an oil change by them earlier this year and when I was washing my car I realized there was blue paint on the bottom of my front bumper. I knew I didn't run over anything and the lifts at IOC are blue...and NO ONE AT IOC confessed to doing anything. So I brought it back and at the time Ryan was working there and had someone take care of it.

I think its the principle that IOC is not confessing up to their mistakes. It may be something small...and everyone makes mistakes but they didn't even mention anything to me.

*sigh* What should I do? John thinks I should tell them to repaint my door. I'm going to start taking my car elsewhere for an oil change...to people I trust.

Well first... you should complain to Gary Silver and let us know how he responds to this. I know they work closely with D & V autobody. So lets see if Gary will step up and take care of this. Let us know what his response is.

Passport rocks!!! Pretty stupid to try to cover it up knowing what a tight knit group the NGC is. Maybe (and I'm being serious without trying to offend you) they thought that since you're a woman that you wouldn't notice? That would be even more f*cked up in my opinion.

Man, I called up Infiniti of Tyson (rosenthal) to try to find the dude me, devon and terry ran into that said he can hook us up. But they said he just left the company. haha, that sucks. I'm gonna try to see if we can work something out with IOT since chantilly is mad far for me.
