There is a tech bulletin on the rear axel clicking, they should fix it under warranty. I had it done on my '04.

what sucks is my 05s front drivers side has a creeking sound every now and then like the frame or suspension is settling. Sounds like a door opening in a scary movie. My issue is, everytime I bring it in, I cant reduplicate the issue.

As for John touching Rhea's car, she should have known better, I let John touch my wheels and now they spin counter-clokwise ...

Definitely the professionalism has diminshed greatly with the addition of Vince to their staff.

Vince is kinda half and half w/ me. Usually when I go there, he does most my business, but then I always try to find Gary and hold a convo w/ him. Gary is good about reminding them about the NGC discount and how we get special treatment. He has really saved me some money

Yeah but I always get this vibe from peeps. Like I can tell when someone is an a$$ ...and vince comes off definitely as one. Truthfully he doesn't have any business dealing with customers. They should give him a desk job where he doesn't interact with anyone and rub people the wrong way. I work with patients all day everyday at work and I know how it is. When patients look at me they may think something but when they talk to me its totally different. But at the same time I'm not gonna go and let them carry me in a conversation. Thats what 5 years in this business I'm in has taught me. Plus service advisors is what all of us and customers depend on. That guy just irks me really bad and I'm sure a lot of people feel the same way. He has no business doing anything related to customer service.

I do agree w/ you when it comes to his professionalism. Everytime I ask "what can he do for me"...he always says "I will see what I can do"...which says to me " F U" indirectly. That is why I go see Gary, cuz he is all about professionalism and making the customer happy. Vince probably doesnt really care cuz his REAL job is playing in a band somewhere, so this IOC job could just be extra money to him I think.

aaah...didn't know that... alright someone write up a letter of complaint to IOC on Vince's lack of professionalism and we can sign it. That would teach him a lesson.

I just had my vehicle in for an oil change and the rear clicking sound at Passport Infiniti.

Ryan Meyers was my service representative. Ryan also mentioned how people had already been complaining about Vince at IOC.

He said they were able to take care of the clicking sound by applying some lubrication and retorquing the axle bolt. Not sure why IOC needs to order a part Lethal G35. Good Luck!

He act like he didn't know what I was talking about and forward the call to parts. Then parts told me the part was nevered ordered and it will be here the following Monday. 2 weeks later still no call. So I had to call Vince back, he's busy with a customer (left message), he never returned my call. 2 days later I call back this time I told the recep. that I didn't want to talk to him I want to talk to Gary, well since he's on medical leave she'll have Vince call me. Finally Vince calls back and put me in the books for this Monday. My rear axel sounds like someone have one of those plastic clappers following me. IOC use to have great people to deal with.

I agree with Lek. Vince has always rubbed me the wrong way (I guess insert gay joke here if youre bored). He does come off as an @ss. I have been dealing with Bill there recently. He is better. At the same time, I still feel like I am being swindled somehow heh.

bah...
