yeah man....thats exactly how i feel..i never felt this way when I went to rosenthal eventhough they do suck as well. they put me on hold to make an appt for over 15 mins.... that was the last straw for me on rosenthal.

 

Do you guys just like to hang out at the dealerships? You seem to have lots of interactions w/ the SA's... I just go when I need to, and thankfully, it hasn't been too often.

 

yeah vic, we bring wicker picnic baskets full of goodies with a red and white striped blanked to eat finger sandwiches with the SA's.

It's true, the majority of my customers picnic out in our parking lot.

 

only because ur waiting closet is like a 4 x 12ft cell with no windows and a 5inch television. LOOOOOL

 

Soon to be changed. Our dealership now looks like it was hit with a scud missile, but soon it will be all new and shiney with a huge waiting room and a nice flat screen plasma tv for you to watch.

As requested per Bill to bring in my car so Gary Silver can see it today, it happens that John finds out when he gets there that Gary won't be in probably until Wednesday (Yeah, thanks for the hot tip).

I called up IOC to see who is in charge acting for Gary Silver. I get transferred to Vince. I calmly explain what happened to my car last week and said bring it in. I asked why couldn't someone take care of this when it was in this morning. He didn't have a reply, but "bring it in" so he can take a look at it. Then he proceeded to say, "we don't stock touch up paint, we send our paint jobs somewhere else". I said "ok, but this happened after I got my car back from IOC" and also explained that this was not the first time that IOC has damaged my car. He said "I highly doubt that"! WTF!

Talk about baf customer service!

Gary is there I just left there I have to tell my story what happen today. He's in a arm slang and he's a new grandfather. So congrats him when you see him.

 

I get to IOC this morning 7:30. Told Vince the problem with the rear end clicking noise again, and to give me an alignment. He call me around 9:00 and said that Its my exhaust that clicking and not the rear. I told him NO I know my exhaust is hitting a bolt and it raddles sometime but that's not the problem. So he calls me back and tell me my car is ready. So I get there around 11:45, and he telling everything is done and they installed the kit (kit what kit thinking to myself) . So I pay 89.00 for the alignment and at that time I hear some young guy talking about Rhea car with the paint and all, and I get in my car. So I'm leaving and I hear a click WTF hit the gas CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK. I circle around the rest of the new G's and back to the front of his office. Now I cant find him, so the guy that sits outside with the loaners went to go find him. He come back with a service guy, who is pretty nice, and try to explain that the exhaust is making the noise. So he put it back on the racks and shows me where it coming from. I again explain to him that the exhaust raddle not click. So he put a rubber exhaust piece between and exhaust and the bolt. We both drive around IOC and still CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK. So now I'm back in a d@mn loaner and now they are going to look into it more. So pretty much I wasted my lunch showing them what they was suppose to figure out.

 

That's ridiculous...

 

when I get there tomorrow, I will have a few words about vince. Believe that.
