Hello! First time posting a new thread on this site.
I have a 2015 Infiniti Q40 and I've seen some threads on this site which relate to doing G37 non-sport to sport bumper conversion. I've seen the Z1 Motorsports site which sells the full bumper conversion kit, but according to Z1 Motorsports (and I also contacted them as well), that this won't fit the Q40. The Infiniti Parts deal site says it will fit the Q40, but for the Sport/Premium model? (which doesn't make to much sense to me).
I came across this thread on the site which listed all the necessary parts to do the conversion for the sport bumper: https://www.myg37.com/forums/g37-sed...mper-swap.html
Would this still be valid today if I wanted to do this sort of conversion? Looks like the parts would be the bumper (fascia) itself, left and right Fog Light Grille, the lower bumper grille, and tow hook cover/eye cap. Am I missing anything else?

Whoever you talked to must have misunderstood or doesn't know what they are talking about... It'll fit your q40 just fine.

Thank you! I did find it odd they said it wouldn't fit the Q40, but maybe like you said, they misunderstood or didn't know what they were talking about.
As you can see in the picture, they're the same chassis just different badging. As you start getting into Q badging folks can really confuse the chassis.
Nobody expects a V36 chassis past 2013 and it can be really confusing if you own a 2014-2015 Q40-Q60 since they're both G37s
