2013 G37 Sedan front bumper conversion to SPORT front Bumper

I need some help and questions answered. I want to change my basic G37 sedan front bumper to a SPORT sedan front bumper.
I know ill need the font bumper, top and button grill and fog light cover.... WHAT ELSE WILL I NEED ??? dealer is telling me I need all these special brackets and to change my FENDERS AND HEADLIGHTS. Is this true?

no its not completely untrue but not nearly that bad.

What you need depends on the year of your car and coupe or sedan. Since yours is a 13 MY you just need the bumper, grill and trim. yours is the most simple conversion scenario. no headlights or fender changes are involved.

There are literally dozens of threads on here going years back on this topic which will have part numbers pictures and everything you need and if I'm not mistake a DIY or two...dig around

@iCrap ...... see that's were I get confused if my car is a 2013 shouldn't everything else be the same ? my cars a sedan and i was thinking getting the SPORT items from a 2013 Sport sedan so wont that eliminate me from getting the headlights and coolant res?

@Hashim that's what i was thinking since they offer a SPORT SEDAN in my the same year as my car shouldn't everything else be the same like the headlights fenders and i don't think i need to replace the reserviour? I have been reading other forums and researching but it appears that the individuals that need all the extras are for later years like 09 and 2010.

Icrap may be right about the reservoir (windshield washer fluid not coolant [coolant resivoir is the same on all G37s] BTW), I don't remember off hand, but you may be right as well as the bumpers on the 09 sedans were different so they may have had a a reservoir that protruded more...btw you will need the fogs and trim too as Icrap mentioned as well ...agian, there are literally dozens of threads on here about this with all the details

Thanks .... i just confirmed with the dealer, I grabbed the vin number from a 2013 G37 SEDAN SPORT and the lights, fenders and the coolant res are the same. so all i need is the basic front end things. They gave me a total of $1,350.00 for just the front bumper top and button grill with left and right fog light covers. Oh the Fog lights are the same. However I am going to have them Price match it.

Coolant res and washer tank are two different things.
The old washer tank will be right in the way of the fog light as far as i know

Pictures posted were a little misleading. The first picture is an 07-09, second is also 07-09 but has the Carbon Signal front bumper with retains the headlights, but has the looks of the 2010+. This doesn't apply to you since you have a 2013, but for future reference in case anyone else is reading this.

If your sedan is a 2013 model, all you need is the bumper cover, left/right headlight grilles, lower center grille, and the tow eye cap. Mine is also a 2013 and I converted mine back in September. Everything else should fit fine. This thread should help you out: https://www.myg37.com/forums/g37-sed...mper-swap.html

I just did this with my 2011 and should be the same with the 2015. It is a straight swap for 2010+, all you need is the bumper and you can swap it directly

Looks great! I love the look of the Sport bumper but it does not look complete without the Sport side seals. Out of curiosity, how much did you spend all in all for the conversion?

Bumper 400, center grill, left right fog light grills and center grill around 300, paint and installation 350 so overall 1000 for everything , i did it cuz i had a small accident and my bumper got damaged so decided to might as well upgrade to the sport version :P
