Finally installed the vleds triton switchbacks. Overall it was super easy to install and they are super bright. I also connected the dimmer wire. I like this mod. They don't match up with the cbi's and morimoto fog LEDs tho. I also got the 6k white thinking it would match up better but it's a little warmer white.

I'd say black console or leave as is. Would be too much red otherwise I think.

I like what you've done there, pretty nice color shade that's not over the top, and I think you have just the right amount of it, that addition of the shifter strip is a nice touch.
Good work!

Wow Ed that wrap job came out really nice and not to over the top as Brad stated! I can't wait to check it out in person when we meet up tomorrow!

Very nice Q.

I think you should do the center in the brushed black. But I'm a little biased as that's exactly what I did.

I had the same thought about over dong the accent color. I did mine in burnt copper and I have the radio stack wrapped in brushed black.

I see you have the cusco ***** too. They will really pop with the black backround.

Love the accent on the shifter ****. That's just enough in the center.

Yeah Q, I think I'd run w/ this advice^^^
The black and brushed red look is pretty sweet, the washi shade now looks a bit out of place, too many contrasting shades going on. That brushed/machined black wrap really does look nice, and with that perfect amount of brushed red I think the black in the console/HVAC area would be perfecto! And you'd be continuing w/ that brushed/machined texture too, so that also improves the overall continuity.

Hub-centric rings? What was wrong with your previous set?
as requested...sorry its been raining on a daily basis here...in the pic they look a little more pinkish for some reason...but they are purple. Not sure if i'm completely sold on them yet, still hard to visualize it all without the calipers and wheels where hey need to be

Still somewhat hard to appreciate in that photo. The new lug nuts have a more polished look, and seem to clash less with the Malbec Black. You could say it transitions between the red tails and the body. They're just pretty hardware, no matter how they're discussed.

I was at a car-meet this weeked, and there was a Malbec Black car there. It really does change color between deep purple and black. And close up, the finish is super deep. You can get lost in it, the same way you can do that with a highly polished gun-metal finish. It was the first time I had looked at it in a while. I still wouldn't want it, but completely get the appeal. It really is a unique color.

After seeing Kenny's black wrapped center console today I will be taking Dembflyr and Brad's advice on wrapping the center console brushed black.. Can any of you guys lead me in the right direction on how to remove the center console?

Thanks "Q"
