Popped in the JDM tail lights today, look pretty good! The lenses (and maybe also the inner housing?) are a noticeably lighter/less saturated red. The area around the amber turn signal lens is almost a pinkish color.
Also pretty sure that the tail light lenses and reverse light lenses are a perfect match (or looks good enough to me)
Was rushing around today, so the pics I managed to snap aren’t the best
Full JDM assembly
Reverse lights (JDM vs US)
Random shots (tried to get diff lighting)

I was so happy to find New Old Stock of my Liquid Platinum spoiler and mud guards back in 2020. And to top if off they were only a 45 minute drive from my house.
I'm planning on moving to a different house in about a year, at which point I'd like to get the front lip for the Sport Sedan. The reason for waiting this long is because I can barely clear my driveway entrance as it is. If I had the front chin on the car, I'd be scraping the hell out of it every single time. Anyway, I didn't realize the part had become so rare. Damn.
I'd probably have to paint it anyway, because QAA is a color that changes over the years.
I've been putting off getting a lip and spoiler as well, but I'm still unsure if I'm keeping the G so don't want to put any more money into it right now.
It's subtle. Just enough difference for you to know, but no one else will. So that's pretty cool.
And for anyone who looks at those tails and knows they're JDM, the 370GT badge makes sense.
I still don't understand why you don't lower the trunk Fuji. It looks very off-balance without the INFINITI (or SKYLINE) badging.
Mainly because I’ve been contemplating the Skyline badge for quite a while (which would make me feel I’ve reached a tipping point for converting the Fuji to Nissan emblems).
The current layout doesn’t necessarily register to me as off-balance. But I do recognize that unlike most cars, our rear plate is mounted to the bumper, not the trunk. So there is more blank space there than what our eyes are used to seeing
The Fuji lowered a bit does look good, I’m just not compelled to bother with it. Mostly because the Skyline badge will prob happen at some point.
I can assure you the 370gt badge is placed is the right spot, because it comes with a pretty foolproof foam template that lines up with the edge of the tail light. But I know exactly what you mean, it looked off to me at first too. But as with most things, you get used to seeing it and that feeling kinda fades (or not lol)

One of my headlight bulbs went out so That was my most recent project. I went through the wheel wells after taking the front wheels off. I watched a few youtube vids and it was fairly straightforward. It took longer to jack up the car and take the wheel off then to swap out the bulbs. I went with hella 4300k @ rock auto for like $25.00 each and they work great.
I also just hit 138,000 miles on the G this morning. Still love this car 10+ years later......

Today I took the summer wheels/tires off and put on the all season wheels/tires. We really don't need full on snow tires in middle TN. And yes my summer wheels are G35 coupe wheels and the cold season wheels are also G35 coupe wheels. Life works out that way.
I think it has about 2-3 millimeters of clearance from the caliper hardware to the barrel of the wheel.
