What did you do to your Sedan today?
I used a combination of a medium grit paper and a wire brush on the dremel to buff off the majority of the surface rust and smooth everything out. For the rotors I used 2 coats of Rust Bullet automotive inhibitor paint.Calipers - about 3 coats of Dupli-Color silver brush on caliper paint.
What offset are you at? And how far are you in from the fender edge?
Did you add spacers or did you just wave a magic wand and these wheels rolled down Mt Olympus?
I just noticed on my '13 Coupe the wheels I have, the tires are at ~13mm and 20mm in from the outside edge of the fender. So I guess natural offsets are somewhat wider in the front.(maybe)
So I shoot for 2-3mm in from the outside of the top of the fender to get that look?
Brad, that has got to be one of the best faced off set of wheels I've seen.

Those are 18x9.5 +38. Looking straight down from the top of the fender the wheels themselves actually are about 3mm out from the fender, w/ the slightly stretched 245s they tuck well inside the fender.
This is right out of the box, no spacers.
For your coupe your front wheels should be 19x8.5 +43, rears 19x9 +45 so a net 3mm further out w/ your back wheels.
For a fit similar to mine on a coupe you'd be looking for offsets in the +25 range on a 9.5" wheel.
You know, that looks downright normal... in a good way. All that sidewall is how the Sport Package came stock with 18's, but you have it dropped to a much more appealing height, with consistent gap. It looks so much better (to me) than dropped to zero gap on 20's.
The design is sleek without being flashy, and the gloss-black inner section works with your car, obviously. Going to be a b1tch keeping that painted section clean, but it's all part of the fun.
I also prefer the polished lip on these rims. In general, I prefer looking at a rim and knowing it's round and not some starburst of spokes without an edge, if you know what I mean.
If I were parked next to you at a light, I would look down and do a double-take... between the rims, calipers and rotors, there's a lot to appreciate in your setup. And if you know G's, there's a lot to appreciate knowing that it's customized.

Hey J, appreciate the reply, they are in keeping w/ my black theme but do a good job of breaking it up in just the right way.
You tend to look at the more subtle details in ways that others don't, so bringing up those points kinda makes my day
And at least now my rear rotors don't look so damn dinky, lol.

I'm guessing you can feel the lighter weight in how the car handles; at least, for the first week or two. How's the ride... more comfortable now?
Definitely feel the weight reduction, especially from a launch, and the bumps that usually cause a slam have been reduced quite a bit, still firm but not as jarring.
this is a recurring issue and is losing faith on the quality of their products fast..
just transferred the registration over to this state and for me to pass inspection.. this has to work..
state is only giving me ten days to resolve..
