Finished installing passenger side spring and strut, car handles very well, and with added strut bar, its now joy to take sharp corners.

Shouldn't be nearly that expensive. I replacement my driver's side front door lock actuator a couple years back. Got a remanufactured one off eBay for about $100, but you should be able to find brand new ones for under $200. Try here:

I've definitely got to do more looking into it, but locally it's stupid expensive. Infiniti dealer here wants $601, Nissan dealer wants $530 for it. Each quote 1.5 hours labour which seems excessive from the video I've seen of it so I'll likely do it myself.

90% of the things you buy from the dealer is going to cost more than what you can find it for via ebay, amazon, rock auto, etc.

Also don't be surprised if it ends up taking you around 1 hour to get the job done yourself.

1.5 hours shop time probably isn't too far off. Think it look me about an hour to replace mine, but the dealer's usually going to add a little extra time for pulling the car in and out and the cleaning up afterwards. So $500 something from the dealer installed sounds about right. Figure on $300 something for the part, plus 1.5 hours labor at ~$150/hour, so maybe $525 total. Your obviously definitely better off doing it yourself if you have the ability to do so.

Just bought a 13’ G37 sedan 117k miles.

Changed the the air filters today. Needless to say they were dirty.

Replaced with K&N.

Also just tinted windows 15% and 80% windshield.

Looks good! I have a 12 that looks identical to yours. It's an add version though. Let me know how the K&N drop ins work.

Did you do it the way in the video quoted below? Part itself seems to be $500+ here in Canada, so I'll likely find a used one when it actually goes out.

The door lock has been fine since the other day, so I'm going to live in denial and say it was definitely just an off day and I won't have to spend the money on the car soon.

Test fit one of my coupe wheels, gonna toss the springs on this weekend and wheels. Still sourcing the other parts for my akebonos as well. I installed my spacer up front as well. Seems to be a bit wide with the spacer
