What did you do to your Sedan today?
Checked on the G and found that after heavy rains in my absence (we were out of town all last week) no wetness inside, and no tape on the sunroof, after re-routing the drains and reinstalling the underhood plastic over the intake and battery. WOO!
Now for a weekend to put the interior back in.
Anyone have an easy way to clean the condenser coil in the dash? Cleaned motor housing and vents and still have a musty smell on startup from the HVAC vents.

Still playing with it but I'm a little higher than 26.5 (26 5/8). I want to see how low I can go with the roads leading into work and the surrounding areas. Might need to keep it higher ( 26 3/4) in order to avoid scraping in the event I run across a steep incline or speed bump. I'm using the stock 17s right now for my winter set-up and it looks a lot better compared to what it was.
Settings are also tame at the moment. I'm at 5 from the softest setting in the back and 3 from softest for the front. When I first took it out after the install, I was at 10 and 10 for front and back and it was fun until I went over some train tracks lol. It's a bit odd - not feeling the weight of the car to let you know you're going too fast. Really have to listen to the tires and where your steering input is at. I'm still getting used to it. Plan is to drive it for 100 miles in order for the springs to settle then make any final adjustments before going in for the alignment.

It's undoubtedly stiffer. The change compared to the stock AWD suspension is very noticeable lol. I wanted the land yaht feeling gone and I already have the upgraded rear sway and strut. What I wanted to see disappear most of all though, was that 2 X 4 wheel gap on my stock 17s; it drove me insane to see that paired with the modifications I had done. The car now has a much more planted ride and once you get the ride stiffness to where you like it, you're good to go. At it's softest, it just feels sharp - not jarring. The height drop was odd as well when I first jumped in. I wasn't used to being lower than I was accustomed to but I absolutely love the feeling. Before, I felt like I was driving a large, floaty sedan. Now, I feel like I'm driving a large, nimble sedan.
I've had to adjust some driving habits such as straddling road debris. That's all but out of the question now. Also, it was odd when I could feel every fault in the road; or when driving over small debris such as sticks. The old suspension would 'numb' it out per se. Lastly, the coilover 'clunk' I had read about. It's all in the pre-load as to how bad you're going to get it. The difference between being exact and 4mm off is astounding (ask me how I know
). I'll still get some light chatter if I touch the rumble strip at high speeds or hit a rough spot faster and harder than I should but if you take them at a reasonable speed then the noise is non-existent.
If you were coming from the Tokico shocks in the RWD Sport, it would probably be less of a shock (no pun). However, coming from the OEM non-sport shocks... yeah, it will take some getting used to. Either you'll learn to appreciate a sensitive ride, or you'll grow to hate it. Let's hope for the first.
Stance looks good at a finger give or take. But... so much sidewall, wow. Is that your winter setup?
I bet it's really difficult to assess things on that driveway. Best to park it on a flat piece of concrete and walk around the car until people start looking at you funny.

Lol yes - my driveway is at a slight incline as you enter the garage. All measurements were taken while the car was inside the garage where it is level. I'm parking outside at the moment as my other car is in my parking spot with the transmission dropped. I was going to get some pictures yesterday in the parking garage at work but popped the hood to adjust the shock settings (before I forgot) and someone asked if I needed a jump ha ha. Mission aborted.
No...that's my all-season/summer set-up why do you ask...?
Just kidding - that's the winter set-up. Played it safe and went with the stock 225/55 and Winterforce 2s. For a summer set-up, I'll be running 18s to minimize the appearance of the non-sport rotors and slightly less side wall.
