Yeah, but if both fronts are installed, the mismatch between them and the rears is a lot less of a big deal. I have to say, just from that test fit photo... OMG. Wow.

Very good point, John... Once I get both fronts installed then that may help. I also may end up having the rear seats upholstered to match the fronts anyway.

And oddly enough the color on the new seats is very close to the carpet color and just a bit off the color of the plastic pieces. The biggest difference is the actually color difference of the leather. Although once I got it outside in the sunlight today the color difference is much less noticeable... seems the florescent lights in my garage just magnified the color difference.

Thanks! Parking brake and boot is for an e90/92. I bought the handle from ECS Tuning and the boot from Redline Goods.

I had to bore out the brake handle and shave down part of the stock parking brake lever in order for the handle to fit. The parking brake button is also from a stock e90/92 that I found on eBay.

Damn. That's impressive, Liam.

Did you really need the boot? Not sure I like the boot, but that handle is gorgeous. How's it look without the boot? Or is the boot necessary because the leather wrapped handle doesn't extend through the slot in the console?

Very interesting mod, regardless.

Thanks John. Unfortunately, you need the boot, because what you see of the handle is all of it. Without it, the rest of the brake lever would be exposed.

What I really wanted to do, was have a boot that covers the entire slot cover that the stock handle slides through; just like how it is in an actual e90:

But that would require a custom boot and a lot more time and effort than I want to spend at the moment. Perhaps I'll revisit in the Spring.

Oil change, clutch fluid refresh in the reservoir only (already some bits of dark matter present after 3 months), air filter change, and upped the tire pressure as it's in the mid 30's now.

Gently driving the g thought the snow does not sound like fun to me. Charging through in my old rust bucket truck... Now that is fun. Your Vossens, hell even your duckfeet are worth more my truck lol. I just can't bring myself to get rid of it.

Making a winter set up with some wheels I got for free. Bought some snow tires to go with them.
What did you do to your Sedan today?-photo968.jpg

Sent the wheels in to get fixed up and painted a candy blood red. Here's some samples Of the color I'm going with.
