IMO, the S simply doesn't look right there. I was curious and open-minded about the idea, but now that I see it... that's a big ehn-oh from me, STownSaint.

I Agree, Remove the S! Looks out of place in my opinion. But Grille and Mt. Fuji look perfect!

Appreciate the feedback guys, still intend to play around with placement (pretty remarkable how much the look changes when moving the "S" around), but if I can't get to it to look like it belongs, I won't force it.

Don't expect them to, just trying to tweak the car to make it my own (same with the grille, window trim, LEDs, etc.)

I think the only thing that would make the "S" look good on the grille is if you removed the Fuji, and mounted the "S" on the right side (where it is in that pic) next to a NISMO badge. But then, if you don't have anything going on with the car that's actually NISMO, don't know how you can do that in good conscience... this being serious business and all.

So many NISMO badge designs to play with. This one is pretty cool:

Try placing the S in the lower left corner of the grill (think Audi S). Audi grills look amazing IMO.

Ditch the "S". I don't think it will look good anywhere on there.

The grille is perfection without it.

If you find yourself with the G37S badge in your hands, and just can't figure out what to do with them, here's one suggestion:

I have toyed around with the idea in my head to take the SH-AWD emblem from my MDX (which is debadged) and put it on the Infiniti (minus the SH). However, I don't think I am going to debadge the G37 (it just looks naked back there without the emblems IMO), so I don't think I would put the AWD logo on the trunk as it would be too busy. With that being said, it might look good on the front grill. You could also use the AWD emblem from a Subaru if you wanted to go this route.

Agreed, lots of attractive designs out there, particularly for a grille badge.

And nope, wouldn't do it unless I install Nismo parts, don't think much is readily available for the V36 sedan, but would not hesitate to grab these if the opportunity arose (even remember when they were selling like hotcakes for cheap! ):

Also agreed! The RS4 with Ti pkg is exactly what I'm trying to emulate (not exactly of course, but an interpretation as if Inifniti did the same treatment for the G sedan)

Noted, thanks man, we'll see how it turns out.

Honestly, just really like the idea of a little splash of red on the front end, but won't unnecessarily force it

I have grown to like the grill the more I see it.
