Congrats. 3 weeks vaca in one lump sum is nice.
Thanks! My wife used it as a carrot to motivate me. I get 1/2 the vacation payout, and I'm going to spread it around my hobbies. Something for the G, my pool table needs new bumpers, and a little something else

I know John I know.. It does look like it is raised in the front... No clue why... I just went 1 size up, infact surprised none of You guys noticed that these are the IPL wheels and speaking of the photo.. It was a quick picture at night with bad lighting so or infact the picture quality got ruined by uploading the attachment via the IB autogroup app, ill take some daytime pics tomorrow

And yeah Kirk, now all I need is a drop and this will be looking really sweet

For what it's worth I knew they were IPL rims. The color goes really well with your G. I've often thought about the IPL rims but I think next time around I'm going to go with non OEM.

I knew because Mike was playing the "Guess What's New?" game, but he had already changed his sig line.

BBK looks much better as seen through IPL rims than they do behind duckfeet.

Ahhh of course John and his ninja eye sight, sees everything lol. Yes!!! I noticed the same thing last night that the BBK looks much better as seen through IPL rims than they do behind duckfeet.

Kirk I'm really happy how well their color flows with the car

Looks great Mike. Time for the Koni yellows and springs. And Lambo yellow on that BBK! The IPL wheels really do blend in nicely.

I just replaced my front struts last night, car handles much better now. Even so, I'm thinking Brad was right and I'll be going with coilovers at some, point in the future.

Ditto. Springs for now, but coil-overs eventually.

There's nothing wrong with upgrading your mods after a while. For example, I'll likely replace the R2C Intake system with the Takeda long-tube intakes. And maybe replace my VOSSENS someday with something super lightweight. Or maybe I'll just ditch this heavy Nissan for something more worthy.

Truth be told, as much as I love cars, working at home for the last few years means that I barely drive my car anymore. And it's starting to feel like a hollow hobby.

If I had a third car garage, then I'd absolutely have a hobby car... and maybe a light truck.

Yeah koni yellows and springs or coilovers that is yet to be decided which one overrules another. I've been rather thinking lambo orange this whole time to contrast the graphite body color and wheels as well. Thanks Chris, I appreciate it

Then maybe start driving it more? Damn I actually wish I was able not to put a lot of miles on my car and just baby it and look for every excuse to drive it

Mike has a brand new RWD-Sport, so while Koni struts are a noticeable upgrade on your 2010 AWD, maybe not so much on his 2013 6MT.

I can't go Konis because of the AWD, well I could but only in the rear not in the front. Stuck with the KYBs but the Koni yellows would be an upgrade on the S also. Perhaps minor but with the springs should make a difference. Especially on the NJ and NYC roads in the long run.

Would you consider keeping the G as a DD and parking outside to keep a hobby car in the garage?

I'm with you on replacing / upgrading mods over time. I'm still on the fence about a long tube intake but that certainly may change in time. Something to consider if/when I replace or repair the front bumper I suppose. Found a very small dent from where someone backed into me....

My hope is that the house in Pittsburgh will sell this year so I can move forward. I'm still thinking I would like to pick up an RX-7 although Kirk has me thinking about another 240. At the same time, I'm also starting to think I would enjoy traveling more so we'll see what happens.
