Sedan Chat Thread
ROBERT_K here is a couple of pics of former G37S sedan owner Jorwick and his new CTS-V wagon. His list of mods includes a sponsorship from Ace Wheels, Eibach springs, CF Hood, Headers, X-Pipe, Cold Air Intake, some kind of lightweight pulley I believe and a tune.

Sorry if this was already posted here but this 1 minute video is simply amazing:

That guy guy on the sidewalk in front of the brick building looked a little freaked out though
Love the emblemless grill, really gives the front end some growl.
Yea, that was funny. That exhaust scared the crap out of that guy, lol. I love the rims. I have now watched that video about 17 times in the past 20 mins, lol.
I don't know what size we need for our hubs but here are some I found on ebay!

A little too oreo, but over all it works for me.

Good link Lorenzo, these should be the rings you'd need John. The Infiniti hub bore is 66.1 and I'm fairly certain the Vossens are 73.1 (that's the most common aftermarket hub bore).

You stated that their only purpose is to center the wheel and that's it. NO they do serve a purpose and that is to eliminate vibration!
Hub centric rings are needed and used on aftermarket wheels to fill the gap between the hub of the car and the center bore of the wheel. Most wheel manufacturers make their wheels with a center bore large enough to fit most cars which means wheel fitments have a gap between the center bore and the hub, hence the vibration at high speeds. Those hub rings make the wheels hubcentric.

So I'll be holding onto the G a little bit longer. No worries, give me more time to save more money. They are bad cars. A 6sp manual wagon is rearer than a Ferrari. Last I heard only 500 are currently produced.
Diego told me in a PM that the hub rings for VOSSEN rims to the G are spec'd at 73.1 to 66.1. Just like Brad was saying.
Once again, trust in the Newt for wheel related numbers.

Looks like I will be making a transition to a new bumper here in the next few months.
Was parking in a spot last night and what I thought was a small hunk of snow turned out to be a nice randomly place chunk of concrete. I put a nice indent and crack in my bumper right below the right foglight. May be repairable but I'd rather sink the $$$ into a sport bumper.
Totally logical, right? Haha

Bummer, but if you've wanted a new look up there well, here you go.

It's all bueno... I just thought that I might be able to still get the non-sport lip on there. I'm going to pay a visit to my paint guy and see what he thinks I can do here. Non-sport lip would be a lot easier especially because it comes painted.
I wish I would have picked up on of these when my local Infiniti dealership offered 30% off all products back in January
