Engine swap

I have a 2010 g37x AWD sedan that needs an engine, checking compatibility issues before sourcing parts.

I found a 2012 engine for it, will I need to get anything besides the engine if using this engine such as ecm, bcm, or wiring harness?

Will an engine from a other 2010 be a direct swap?
Whatever makes the swap easiest is what I'm looking for.

If you are only swapping the engine, the 2012, or any year VHR, will pretty much be a direct swap. If its from a G37 or 370z, all accessories can be used. If from a Q50 then you have to reuse the the powersteering pump from the G.

I have a 2015 engine in my 2010 G37.

You can reuse your engine harness and ecu. I believe the 2010 has a different upstream o2 sensor plug so before to reuse the o2 sensor off the 2010 engine or buy the correct one for new.

The engine will be from another 37x Awd sedan.
Im buying the engine from a junkyard so trying to reuse everything I have on the car or trying to get everything else i could possibly need while I'm there.
