Engine swap
Engine swap
Hey guys, I have a 2009 g37x Sedan that I just did an engine swap on because the old engine spun a bearing. The new engine is off of a 2012 M37x, we got the swap done but the engine is cranking but not starting. Engine turns just fine and has good compression, o2 sensors and cats are still off along with the headlights. Is there something we could be missing? Thanks in advance
the upstream o2 in the header is in the car though right? that's an important one, but doubt it'll affect starting.
grounds all properly attached?
coil pack plugs in the correct placement? I made the mistake of swapping cylinder 3 and 5 when i did my swap.
confirmed enough voltage in the battery?

So I had the ECM removed and looked at by a Nissan tech and he said it looked fine to him. I’m kind of at a loss as to why it’s not starting. It sounds like it’s so close to starting but just doesn’t get there. I appreciate anyone who takes the time to try and help
Update
2009 g37x, old engine spun a bearing so I swapped a 2012 m37 engine into it, swapped over old fuel rail, new spark plugs, verified fuel pump is fine, but car still won’t start, it cranks but doesn’t fully start, o2 sensors are currently unplugged as cars are off the vehicle, could this be a reason?
