Error code... Ideas?

So I have this crazy error code in my new transmission.

I was wondering if anyone had it before.

P0729- AT 6th gear incorrect ratio...

I mean wtf!

I am going to try to do some re-wiring but I wanted opinions if anyone has any ideas or if this has happened to them.

PLEASE!

They did, and now they say they cant help anymore as it has nothing to do with the transmission.

They say its something to do with aftermarket parts that are making the error code and they wont touch it.

P0729 NISSAN - Automatic Transmission 6th Gear Incorrect Ratio

Possible causes
- Low transmission fluid level
- Shift solenoid mechanical fault
- Hydraulic circuit fault
- Transmission failure Help with this
Symptoms
- Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)
- Transmission will not shift into 6th gear
P0729 NISSAN Description
This malfunction is detected when the A/T does not shift into 6GR position as instructed by TCM. This is not only caused by electrical malfunction (circuits open or shorted) but by mechanical malfunction such as control valve sticking, improper solenoid valve operation, etc.

Well infiniti checked my car over and said everything was perfect on it. No issues. They said it had to be something I did to the car myself with electronics or mechanics that are aftermarket.

The issue is that how could it be mechanical if they changed the whole tranny?!? It cant!

Therefor it would have to be electronic no?

The car shifts up in gears all the way to 7th fine. Although it wont downshift in auto mode if I step hard on the throttle. It will just stay in the highest gear. So for now I am just driving in manual mode all the time.

so my transmission has the P0729 and has three codes of the P1734 i was driving on the highway and on the way home it would stay in same gear even when i wouldnt press the gas and it would do a hard down shift whenever i pressed the brakes so im at a stop sign and whenever i pressed the gas it wouldnt go and i was stuck there so i turned my car off and on and once i pass 2000rpm it will lose which gear im in so i would have to turn it off and turn it back on and keep it under 20mph but the minute i hit the 2000rpm it acts like it loses which gear i don’t hear not grinding noise or anything but i was told it was my neutral safety switch but it turns on so i know it’s not that does anyone know what i should do i don’t want to buy a brand new transmission and it just be my tcm,or transmission solenoids im thinking about taking the transmission oil pan off and checking if any metal shavings or if the oil is milky or dirty but i just want to see if anyone has this problem and what did yall do to fix it
